Municipal Survey Highlights New emphasis on sea level rise and coastal resilience Green infrastructure to provide coastal resilience for shore line communities have been identified and are currently being studied SCRCOG is partnering with the Water Authority to study the effects of climate change on public drinking water in the region 60.00% The South Central Region Council of Governments (SCRCOG) has recently led the effort for coastal resilience and multi-hazard mitigation planning for the region.
