This shall include reference to planting and hard landscaped areas, including paving, fencing and features. The schedule shall identify the frequency of for each type of landscape asset and reflect the enhanced requirement of planted areas during the establishment period. It shall provide for an annual inspection during late summer for any areas of failed tree or shrub planting, and the identification of the replacements required in the autumn planting season.
