EQUIPMENT FOR THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL M 01 004/10.11 Glass Wool Production Line Glass wool is a kind of fibrous material made of nature ores, including quartzite dolomite, feldspar, limestone etc., which are melted into glass fluid by adding in accessories such as calcined soda and borax and then drawn blown or thrown into very thin fibers by external force under fusing state. With the good characteristic, Glass wool was used for heat preserving, heat insulating, cold insulating and sound absorbing material for various industrial equipment, traffic facilities such as pipelines, storage tanks, boilers, heat exchangers, fans, vehicles and vessels, as well as various buildings. Then, cooling, cut and recycled, the board is going through full automatic piling machine and packing to become finished produce.

EQUIPMENT FOR THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL M 01 001 / 10.11 GYPSUM BOARD PRODUCTION LINE The gypsum board production line is designed to produce normal, water-resistant, fire-resistant, and functional gypsum board. After more than 30 years development, we can supply our customers the equipment with advanced design, production and debugging services. The production capacity of one line is from 20-50 millions M2 per year. Our Advantage: Operation automatically and continuously. High production efficiency and steady operation. Production line mainly consists of: Raw material preparation system Including raw material conveyor, crushing equipment, grinding equipment, calcining equipment, measuring equipment and dosing equipment. Heating system: Including steam furnace, hot oil furnace or natural gas furnace. Processing Description: Taking certain amount of anhydrous gypsum powder, water and additives, through the automatic measuring equipment and automatic conveying system, they will be conveyed into the mixer and become to the slurry material which will be scattered on continues moving faced paper evenly. The slurry will go into the forming machine and compound with the top and bottom faced paper. By the process of extruding and forming, the slurry will be encased by the faced paper and the continuous pulpous gypsum boards are formed. In the forming line, the wet solid paper faced gypsum board will be gradually formed after the process of recondition, natural coagulating, automatic cutting etc., the wet board will be arranged according to the programmed control system. With the help of rollers, belt conveyor and overturner, they will quickly enter into the dryer. The board will be strictly controlled in the separate temperature zone of the dryer. After blowing into attached to the faced paper, and then the dry gypsum board will form and exit from the dryer. Moreover, after passing through overturner and the folding device for the second time, the board will be cut into certain specification by saw. Finally, the finished gypsum board will be conveyed to the automatic sealing device and the stacker. After stacking, the board will be transported to the warehouse. Our production line gathers with design, manufacture, install and debugging services. The production capacity is 2-16million m2/year. Firstly, the mineral wool boards are made from various raw materials. Thereafter, the decorative boards are made by specific treatment and machining on the mineral wool boards. Mineral wool boards The mineral wool is mixed with water in a container, then the fiber will be separated with shot content by continuous paddling. Shot content stays at the bottom, so the fiber can be collected at the top of water. After cleaning and drying, the fiber is finished and weighed. Sometimes, mineral wool is treated to be stocked fiber in granulator. The fiber or stocked fiber is mixed with binder, water proofer and other additives, such kind of slurry

is laid on mesh board, thereafter the process of filtrating, vacuum absorption, extrusion, it is formed to be rough board with specific thickness. The rough board is finished to be mineral wool board after drying and cutting. Machining for decorative board Blind board: mineral wool boards are pressed by roller to get blind pores with different shape and size. Thereafter, the boards are finished by final machining, coating and drying. Boards with groove Pods, translot and circle grooves are milled on the semi-finished boards. Thereafter, the boards are finished by coating and drying. Painted boards: the mineral wool board is printed or painted according to the pattern. It is finished as painted board after drying. Relief boards: after coating, the mineral wool boards are pressed with mould to get the relief boards. It can be cut to the particular size. Relief boards are produced professionally, because the machining cost is high.
