We are delighted to offer Emma, a lovely one owner 2004 liveaboard spec 57 6 Trad stern narrowboat built by Calder Valley Marine on a Tim Tyler Hull. She is beautifully presented. She has benefitted from a full repaint in June 2014 by Springwood Haven when she was also last blacked and looks almost new. Notable features include an extra wide rear hatch making her almost a semitrad, double glazed windows that were added in 2011 and a new gas hob. FROM THE BOW From the bow which holds the gas locker, there is a 4 7 self draining well deck with a hardwood cratch frame with windows to the front and a vinyl cover. The stainless steel water tank is below the well deck with a surface mounted filler. The headlamp is mounted on the front of the cratch board. GENERIC FIXTURES AND FITTINGS The ceilings, cabin sides and hull sides are lined with oak faced ply trimmed with solid light oak. All interior wood has been varnished. There are curtains or blinds to all windows. The flooring is solid wood planking throughout overlaid with carpet in the saloon and Amtico flooring in the galley and bathroom. HEATING Heating is provided by the\valour solid fuel stove in the saloon and the Alde gas fired central heating boiler running 3 radiators.
