THE QUAYSIDE ROOM The third-floor Quayside Room s bare brick walls and direct views of West India Quay imbue the space with distinct character. With flexibility in layout, it is a popular venue for any number of events. By night it provides an atmospheric setting for receptions and dinner events. THE WILBERFORCE ROOM This newly-refurbished flexible event space has capacity for up to seated 273 guests, and with state of the art audio-visual facilities and a blackout option it is perfect for conferences and presentations. THE BOARDROOM Located on the first floor with views out to the towering Canary Wharf skyline, this room is ideal for smaller meetings or dinners for up to 16 people. Capacity Boardroom 16 Its peaceful location and abundant natural daylight makes it a charming choice for more intimate events. A built in projector and screen are provided in the room, and conference phone facilities can be provided. WiFi is available throughout the venue.
CATERING OPTIONS A wide range of lunch and break menus are available to complement your event. To ensure every detail of your event shines, we offer award-winning catering provided by Ampersand. We pride ourselves in offering menus created from carefully sourced seasonal British ingredients, focusing on sustainability, traceability and caring for the environment.
EVENING EVENTS The Museum of London Docklands can provide some fantastic options for post-event receptions and dinners, with incredible menus to match. In the evening the museum s two floors of galleries can be hired privately aswell as the ground floor Muscovado Hall. Rum & Sugar, our on site bar, is a great place to unwind with a drink.
