Technology PRINCIPLE: LED light sources are supplied with power without any distracting wires through a laminated glass capable of conducting electricity. Electrical power is supplied by hidden circuit boards in the base glass. The glass laminate satisfies the legal requirements for protective overhead glazing. Because no holes are drilled in the glass to establish electrical contact, POLYMAGIC TM LED Glass can also be used effectively for outdoor and curved applications. The power and signal transmission is executed via the transparent conductive coating of POLYMAGIC TM LED Glass. POLYMAGIC TM LED Glass can be operated with a readable flash controller, full-color or standard remote controller with a changeable message display, either statically or flashing. The lighting is controlled by the power supply driver. Additionally, POLYMAGIC TM LED Glass can be used various glass types, such as tempered, low-iron, printed, colored, mirror, sand-blasted, stained etc. 6

Electrical Installation 1. WIRING 1. POLYMAGIC TM LED Glass requires all electrical installations be completed by a licensed electrician, and in compliance with all coding requirements. 2. Before installation, inspect busbars, electrode leads and wires to assure insulation. No exposed busbars, electrode leads, or wires should contact any metal frames that will damage transformer and POLYMAGIC TM LED Glass. Insulating tapes can be used to wrap exposed busbars, electrode leads, or wires which may be caused during glass lamination or shipping. 3. Before turning on the power, test resistance reading between the metal frame and electrode and make sure that the resistance reading is infinite. Otherwise, check short location and insulate electrodes from metal frames. 19
