Single Family, Hamden, CT Project Introduction and Overview Description Single family Colonial style home, 1500 sq/ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. House built in 1929 on.17 ac in a nice, quite single family neighborhood. Rehab Overview Property in need of major renovations. Rip and reply entire roof, new double hung vinyl replacement windows and exterior paint. Two brand new bathroom with new tub, showers, sinks, toilets and custom tile work. Brand new kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. Refinished hardwood flooring throughout house. Contractor Overview Multiple contractors were needed to complete this project. A licensed general contractor was hired for the windows, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, painting and all carpentry. A licensed roofing contractor was hired to complete the rip and reply of the new 30 year comp roof. A landscaper was hired for all the exterior landscaping. EXTERIOR 1. Clean all trash and debris from yard 2. Power wash siding and paint entire house including garage (Valspar Paint see below) 3.
