Approved Pamphlet CONCERT 29642 2013-01-21 Page 3 of 8 DO NOT enter or allow entry into the treated area until CONCERT Fungicide is dry. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS Toxic to aquatic organisms and non-target terrestrial plants. Do not apply directly to water. This product is toxic to fish, aquatic invertebrates and marine/estuarine organisms. Drift and runoff from treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in neighboring areas. Keep out of lakes, streams, and ponds. DO NOT contaminate water by cleaning of equipment, or disposal of wastes. DO NOT apply where runoff is likely to occur. DO NOT apply when weather conditions favour drift from areas being treated. The use of this chemical may result in contamination of groundwater particularly in areas where soils are permeable (e.g. sandy soil) and/or the depth to the water table is shallow. To reduce runoff from treated areas into aquatic habitats avoid application to areas with moderate to steep slope, compacted soil, or clay. Avoid application when heavy rain is forecast. Contamination of aquatic areas as a result of runoff may be reduced by including a vegetative strip between the treated area and the edge of the water body. Apply only when the potential for drift to areas of human habitation or areas of human activity such as houses, cottages, schools and recreational areas is minimal. Take into consideration wind speed, wind direction, temperature, application equipment and sprayer settings. Toxic to certain beneficial insects. Minimize spray drift to reduce harmful effects on beneficial insects in habitats next to the application sites such as hedgerows and woodlands. STORAGE CONDITIONS Always store product in original container with top closed in a cool, dry place. To prevent contamination store this product away from food or feed. CONCERT Fungicide can be stored in freezing conditions. If frozen, allow to thaw and agitate thoroughly prior to use. Do not use or store near heat or open flame. DECONTAMINATION AND DISPOSAL For information on disposal of unused, unwanted product, or in the case of a spill or spill clean-up, contact the manufacturer or the provincial regulatory agency. CONTAINER DISPOSAL: For recyclable containers for commercial use: Do not reuse this container for any other purpose. This is a recyclable container, and is to be

Triple- or pressure-rinse the empty container. Add the rinsings to the spray mixture in the tank or dispose of the rinsings in accordance with provincial requirements. 2. Make the empty, rinsed container unsuitable for further use. If there is no container collection site in your area, dispose of the container in accordance with provincial requirements. For refillable containers commercial use: DO NOT reuse this container for any other purpose. For disposal, this container may be returned to the point of purchase (distributor/dealer). It must be refilled by the distributor/dealer with the same product. For returnable containers commercial use: DO NOT reuse this container for any other purpose. This empty container may be returned to the point of purchase (distributor/dealer) for disposal. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY INVOLVING A MAJOR SPILL, FIRE OR POISONING, CALL 1-800-327-8633 (FASTMED) GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERT Fungicide is a suspoemulsion concentrate of systemic and contact fungicides that provides broad-spectrum control of many important turf diseases. APPLICATION PROCEDURES Apply CONCERT Fungicide at rates and timings as described in this label. MIXING PROCEDURES CONCERT Fungicide may be applied with all types of spray equipment commonly used for making ground applications. The higher rates in the rate range and/or shorter spray intervals may be required under conditions of heavy infection pressure, highly susceptible varieties, or when environmental conditions conducive to disease exist. Apply CONCERT Fungicide in sufficient water volume for adequate coverage and canopy penetration. (400 to 800 L of water per hectare for turf). Prepare no more spray mixture than is required for the immediate operation. Do not allow the spray mixture to sit overnight. Thoroughly clean spray equipment before using this product. Agitate the spray solution before and during application. Rinse spray tank thoroughly with clean water after each day s use and dispose of pesticide rinsate by application to an already treated area. Alone: Add ⅔ of the required amount of water to the spray tank. With the agitator running, add

Approved Pamphlet CONCERT 29642 2013-01-21 Page 5 of 8 CONCERT Fungicide to the tank. Continue agitation while adding the remainder of the water. Begin application of the spray solution after CONCERT Fungicide has completely dispersed into the water. Maintain continuous agitation until all of the mixture has been sprayed. Tank Mixtures- FOR TURF APPLICATIONS ONLY CONCERT Fungicide can be tank mixed with PRIMO MAXX Plant Growth Regulator. Read the label of PRIMO MAXX and follow the precautionary statement, directions for use (rates and application intervals) and other restrictions. 1. Always check compatibility of a CONCERT Fungicide tank mix using a jar test with proportionate amounts of water, CONCERT Fungicide and PRIMO MAXX Plant Growth Regulator before mixing in the spray tank. 2. Provide sufficient jet or mechanical agitation during filing and application to keep the tank mix uniformly suspended. 3. Fill tank at least ½ full of clean water. 4. Do not leave tank mix combinations in the spray tank for prolonged periods without agitation. Mix and apply them the same day. DIRECTIONS FOR USE As this product is not registered for the control of pests in aquatic systems, DO NOT use to control aquatic pests. DO NOT contaminate irrigation or drinking water supplies or aquatic habitats by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. This product is not to be used around homes or other residential areas such as parks, school grounds, playing fields. It is not for use by homeowners or other unlicensed users. DO NOT allow entry into treated area until the area is dry. Field sprayer application: DO NOT apply during periods of dead calm. Avoid application of this product when winds are gusty. DO NOT apply with spray droplets smaller than the American Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE) medium classification. Boom height must be 60 cm or less above the crop or ground. Buffer zones Use of the following spray methods or equipment DO NOT require a buffer zone: hand-held or backpack sprayer and spot treatment. The buffer zones specified in the table below are required between the point of direct application and the closest downwind edge of sensitive terrestrial habitats (such as grasslands, forested areas, shelter belts, woodlots, hedgerows, riparian areas and shrublands), sensitive freshwater habitats (such as lakes, rivers, sloughs, ponds, prairie potholes, creeks, marshes, streams, reservoirs and wetlands) and estuarine/marine habitats.

Approved Pamphlet CONCERT 29642 2013-01-21 Page 6 of 8 Method of Application Crop Buffer Zones (metres) Required for the Protection of: Freshwater Habitats of Depths: Less than 1 m Greater than 1 m Estuarine/Marine Habitats of Depths: Less than 1 m Greater than 1 m Terrestrial Habitat Field Sprayer 1 Turf, golf courses 3 1 4 2 4 1 For field sprayer application, buffer zones can be reduced with the use of drift reducing spray shields. When using a spray boom fitted with a full shield (shroud, curtain) that extends to the crop canopy, the labelled buffer zones can be reduced by 70%. When using a spray boom where individual nozzles are fitted with coneshaped shields that are no more than 30 cm above the crop canopy, the labelled buffer zone can be reduced by 30%. For tank mixes, consult the labels of the tank mix partners and observe the largest (most restrictive) buffer zone of the products involved in the tank mixture and apply using the coarsest spray (ASAE) category indicated on the labels for those tank mix partners. TURFGRASS DISEASE CONTROL 1. USE CONCERT FUNGICIDE IN A PREVENTIVE DISEASE CONTROL PROGRAM. 2. Apply in sufficient water to ensure thorough coverage (400-800 L of water per hectare). 3. Apply by spray boom or hand-held applicators only. 4. DO NOT mow or water after treatment until spray deposit on turfgrass is thoroughly dry; CONCERT Fungicide should always be used in conjunction with good turf management practices. 5. For control of foliar diseases, allow sprayed area to completely dry before irrigation. 6. Under conditions optimum for high disease pressure, use the higher rate and the shorter interval. 7. For optimum turf quality and disease control, use CONCERT Fungicide in conjunction with turf management practices that promote good plant health and optimum disease control. 8. Evaluate spray additives prior to use. Label directions are based on data obtained with no additives. 9. Before use of any fungicide, proper diagnosis of the organism causing the disease is important. Use of diagnostic kits or other means of identification of the disease organism is essential to determine the best control measures. 10. Do not apply more than 1.7 L/100 m 2 /year. 11. DO NOT APPLY BY AIR.

Metres) Dollar Spot (Sclerotinia homeocarpa, Rutstroemia floccosum) Anthracnose (Colletotrichum graminicola, Colletotrichum cereale) Red Thread (Laetisaria fuciformis) Brown Patch (Rhizoctonia solani) Leaf Spot & Melting Out (Drechslera poae)(bipolaris sorokiniana) Fusarium Patch (Microdochium nivale) Yellow patch (Rhizoctonia cerealis) Application Interval/ Duration of Control Instructions 50-100 7-14 days DO NOT use less than the 100 ml rate if the desired duration of control is up to 14 days. 100-200 14-21 days 200-225 21-28 days Best used preventively. Apply CONCERT Fungicide during periods of humid, warm days and cool nights that result in heavy dew formation. Nitrogen deficiency and drought stress also promote the disease. Do not apply more than 6 applications per season. 110-225 21 days Apply CONCERT Fungicide preventively when conditions favour disease development. Use high rate under conditions of high disease pressure. Areas of compaction, poor soil drainage, excess thatch, or with large amounts of Poa annua favour the development of anthracnose. Do not apply more than 3 applications per season. 225 14 days Apply when cool, wet conditions occur. Prolonged periods of high humidity air favour the development of the disease. Do not apply more than 3 applications per season. 100-283 7-14 days Apply CONCERT Fungicide preventively when conditions favour disease development (high surface moisture or humidity and warm night temperatures). Use the higher rates of CONCERT Fungicide and shorter intervals under severe disease pressure. Do not apply more than 6 applications per season. 100-360 7-14 days Apply when conditions are favourable for disease development. Do not apply more than 3 applications per season. 225-450 30 days Apply CONCERT Fungicide in the fall or early spring during cool, wet weather. Use the high rate only under high disease pressure. Do not apply more than 2 applications per season. 335-450 30 days Apply one application in the late fall before snow cover. Do not apply on top of snow. Do not apply more than 1 application per season. Turf Restrictions Do not graze animals on treated areas. Do not feed clippings from treated areas to livestock or poultry. Do not use CONCERT Fungicide on fine fescue turf due to the potential for phytotoxicity or turfgrass injury.

Approved Pamphlet CONCERT 29642 2013-01-21 Page 8 of 8 Do not water or irrigate for 24 hours after treatment to enhance foliar/crown absorption of the systemic component and foliar/crown adhesion of the contact component. Use of this product on home lawns (turf) is prohibited. RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS For resistance management, CONCERT Fungicide contains Group M and Group 3 fungicides. Any fungal population may contain individuals naturally resistant to CONCERT Fungicide and other Group M or Group 3 fungicides. A gradual or total loss of pest control may occur over time if these fungicides are used repeatedly in the same fields. Other resistance mechanisms that are not linked to site of action but specific for individual chemicals, such as enhanced metabolism, may also exist. Appropriate resistance management strategies should be followed. To delay fungicide resistance: Where possible, rotate the use of CONCERT Fungicide or other Group M or Group 3 fungicides with different groups that control the same pathogens. Avoid application of more than the maximum number listed in the label and consecutive sprays of CONCERT Fungicide or other fungicides in the same group in a season. Fungicide use should be based on an IPM program that includes scouting, historical information related to pesticide use and crop rotation and considers cultural, biological and other chemical control practices. Monitor treated fungal populations for sign of resistance development. If disease continues to progress after treatment with this product, do not increase the use rate. Discontinue use of this product, and switch to another fungicide with a different target site of action, if available. Contact your local extension specialist or certified crop advisors for any additional pesticide resistance-management and/or IPM recommendations for specific crops and disease problems in your area. For further information or to report suspected resistance, contact company representatives at 1-87-SYNGENTA (1-877-964-3682) or at www.syngenta.ca.
