Complete your Crisp n Clean Dry Cleaners form online at www.crispandclean.co.zw or call us on +2638644122683 to book your pick up and deliver services, 2. Simply place your dry cleaning in a plastic bag along with your personal contact details as well as the invoice number. Note: Payment is recommended before the driver from Crisp n Clean Dry Cleaners come, so ensure your payment is done online. 3. Place the bag in the pre arranged pick up point. Crisp n Clean Dry Cleaners pick up laundry and dry cleaning from your nominated pick up point as from 9am that is Monday to Friday 4. Crisp n Clean Dry Cleaners deliver your dry cleaning to your drop off point before 4pm the next business day (Monday to Friday). 5. Pick up and delivery is absolutely FREE. Terms & Conditions for All services Every care is ensured in the treatment of all goods entrusted to us, but no responsibility is accepted for shrinkage, fugitive dyes, buttons, plastics, sequins, zips or bead ornamentation and no liability is accepted for against loss, theft or re. In case of agreed damage, liability is limited to a sum not exceedingly ten times the charge of cleaning the article. No claim will be entertained unless accompanied by the receipt. Pick up & Delivery services- How we do it How does Pick up and Delivery services work. 5 easy steps Step 1. Join + Schedule a pick up Join online by completing the registration form located on our website. It takes less than 2 minutes. Once processed, you will receive an automated email welcoming you to Crisp n Clean Dry Cleaners with your own username and password. Login and submit your dry cleaning needs. Step 2. Drop off items Place items into your own bag. Write on a piece of paper your name, delivery address & phone number and place inside your bag. (Only for the rst delivery). Place the bag in the pre-arranged designated area (reception, concierge, front porch etc.) by 9.30 am for same day pick up Monday-Friday. Step 3. Crisp n Clean Dry Cleaners Pick up Through our software or the details you give us through the phone we will know which address to collect from, when to pick up and which service to perform on each garment. All clothing must be left in a designated place e.g. reception, front porch, concierge etc. Step 4. Secure Processing After thoroughly inspecting each garment; Crisp n Clean Dry Cleaners will discreetly identify each garment with our Fabric Monitoring process to ensure each garment is returned to you after each visit. Step 5. The rst return delivery Your dry cleaning and laundry garments will be delivered back by 5.30pm next business day.
