DRYAX P Compressed Air Dryer The drying principle is based on pre-dried, factory supplied compressed air which expands within the DRYAX P to atmospheric pressure and is controlled to process temperature before being guided into the drying hopper. Depending on the quality of the supplied compressed air dew points to - C can be achieved. DRYAX Segmented Wheel Dryer The DRYAX segmented wheel dryer combines both the advantages of a twin bed desiccant dryer with those of a desiccant wheel dryer. Flexible and odular Construction The modular drying hopper series SILAX with separate tables enable a flexible combination for the respective drying demand. Even when the requirement changes over time the SILAX drying hoppers can be arranged differently and new hoppers can be added, as long as the dry air supply of the dryer series DRYAX is sufficiently sized. Optional level sensors in the FEEDAX vacuum loaders calculate and monitor by means of the WITTANN 7. control system any excessive dried material demand in each drying hoppers and respond according to the users instructions.
