Zefon accepts returns up to 30 days after the invoice date with no additional charge. After 30 days, we must charge a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days. Sales Tax If you wish to return an item, please use the following process: 1. Call +1 (352) 854-8080 for an RGA number 2. Package product with RGA number on package and include a reason for return. 3. Ship product prepaid to: Zefon International, Inc. 5350 SW 1st Lane, Ocala, FL 34474 Credit Card Zefon accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS application. Products will be shipped by credit card payment only until the account is approved. Terms are net 30 days. A 1 1/2% per month service charge will be added to overdue invoices. All costs of collections will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers in the states of Florida and Wisconsin will be charged sales tax. Resale customers in the state of Florida or Wisconsin must have a current Annual Resale Certificate on file. All taxes shown on internet orders are estimates and will be verified to ensure the correct rate is charged. Shipping Orders of in-stock items are normally shipped the same day if received by 2:00PM EST. If any of the items you ordered are not in-stock, we will contact you with an expected availability date. Orders are shipped FOB Ocala, FL or shipped directly from the factory, at the discretion of Zefon International. Shipment of your order will be made using the least expensive carrier for the shipping method you requested. All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the cost of your invoice, unless you have made special arrangements when placing your order. Claims We take great care in packing and shipping your order. On some rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. In the event you receive your package damaged, please report it immediately to the delivering carrier and preferably during delivery when possible. If damage is found after the driver has left, please contact the carrier to inform them. Zefon cannot proceed with filing a claim until you do this. Please leave the package untouched as the carrier may want to inspect it. Pictures are always helpful as well. Product should be in original carton with all original documentation and in like new condition. Mining dust cassettes, custom orders, partial boxes, opened boxes of air sampling filter cassettes, opened sterile products, special orders, NIST certificates and expired products may not be returned. All returned merchandise will be inspected before credit is issued. Items returned which are found to be missing components or are damaged will be returned to the customer or only partial credit issued. Customers will be contacted to determine the value and what option they choose. Limited Warranty All products are warranted by the manufacturer and Zefon International, Inc. does not imply any additional warranty on the products we sell. We will assist all of our customers with warranty service if required. In the rare instance you receive a defective product, repairs or replacement will be handled as follows: Products Manufactured by Zefon: If the product is manufactured by Zefon, we will arrange repair or replacement depending on the product and the warranty if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone. Products not manufactured by Zefon: If the product is not manufactured by Zefon and the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the following action will be taken: 1. Within 30 days of the invoice date Zefon will replace the defective product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability, issue credit or refund of the full value of the item as discussed in our satisfaction guarantee policy. 2. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty will take precedence. Please call Zefon to arrange a warranty repair or contact the manufacturer directly.
