We had a fantastic experience with. I think we were initially naïve about the cost of a remodel project. The folks at were very patient with us as we figured out what the scope of our project could be. The quality of the work we are impressed with. All of it was done in a... Generally speaking, we were happy with our choice to go with work on our new house (hardwood floors and stairs renovation). They provided a precise contract, were always professional, and worked to satisfy our requests over the course of the project.our hesitation to fully recommend... They were a bit higher priced than others, but they presented themselves as a very professional and capable company. A colleague of mine had also used MRM in the past, and he was very pleased with the quality of their work. The quality of the finished product. As I mentioned above, they can be a bit higher priced, but it is WELL WORTH IT. Chad F. did an extensive remodel of our home (partial kitchen remodel, removing multiple walls, buildout of a second kitchen in the basement, new stairs, skylight addition, new flooring in the basement, and an awesome pull-out wine storage unit under our stairs). They were all interested in what we wanted and needed. Not at all. They exceeded expectations--just great to work with in all regards. I wanted a general contractor that could also provide design services because I had particular design ideas the kitchen island, but I didn't have time or wherewithal to source everything myself. A.A.G. firm is the epitome of friendly professionalism. Their staff are seasoned industry experts. They made the remodel so easy, there was never a disruption in our lives. Fortunately, the work did not involve plumbing or major demo. The changes and work unfolded so quickly it was thrilling to... I chose because I was familiar with some of the workers, and they were highly recommended. We loved our on site guy, and the quality of work. I heard about from a friend. Very well organized and detailed as well as very personable staff. We did start out a bit rocky as the designer left right after our initial design bid, but after an over budget design process, a newly hired permanent designer completed a totally new design option which we loved, and the entire experience was improved 100 percent!! See above; also extremely communicative during the entire process. No surprises aside from the absolutely stunning end result. It beat our expectations! They have a great team that communicates proactively and is on top of managing issues and changes. We were especially pleased with the iterative design process and the distinctive finishes. We would definitely recommend them... I met them at the Phinney Ridge Remodel Fair and I had a connection right away with the designer who understood what I was wanting to do and got excited about it. The design of the kitchen was exceptional and actually won an award. The space is very small and it was well imagined and used every square-inch of possible space. Page 5 of 5
