BEST BUY CONNECTED HOME AT MALL OF AMERICA DESIGN PROJECT: TECH HOME Best Buy was looking to create a real home experience that would allow their customers to see smart products inuse and gain a greater understanding of how connected devices work in a home. Chandler s Creative Director, Jeremiah Albrecht, developed a unique design that would allow visitors to gain a real world glimpse of smart products in a home setting. The open air Tech Home offered a guided path through the home; with each room giving the customer an informative story that related to their everyday needs. This design allowed for an open and inviting space for customers to play and learn about the variety of smart products available now at any Best Buy. The Best Buy Tech Home was on display at the Mall of America from Aug. 22 - Sept. 17, 2016. After the event closed, Chandler dismantled the home and reassembled it in the North Point Mall in Atlanta, where it was open until Fri. Oct. 14, 2016.
