Prepare It Baskets Open Glass Baskets The Open Glass Basket is suitable for glasses that measure up to 150mm, such as Pint Glasses, Tumbler Glasses, Half Pint Glasses and Hi Ball Glasses. The basket comes with offset hand slots (making it easier to handle) and is coated in a premium plastic coating for added hygiene and durability. With many different styles of glassware in constant use, ensuring you choose the right basket to wash them is more important than ever. Baskets now come in a range of different sizes and styles, which have been designed specifically with each individual style of glassware in mind. Divided Glass Baskets The Divided Glass Basket is suitable for specialist style glasses that measure up to 150mm, such as Shot Glasses, Cocktail Glasses, Champagne Glasses and Wine Glasses. The basket is compartmented and angled to aid the drying process and to prevent glass damage. Wash It Glass Washers The Sovereign Glass Washer is more than just a brand; it s a brand with an ethos of attention to detail, where it marries experience and quality workmanship to leave e you delighted every time. Fresh Water Wash Unlike other machines that reuse the wash water, the Sovereign Glass Washer is a Fresh Water Wash machine which always ensures the last wash is exactly the same as the first. Plastics Wash Cycle The Sovereign Glass Washer has a dedicated Plastics Wash Cycle, designed for washing plastic / polycarbonate glasses. The Plastics Wash Cycle adopts the correct washing process for plastics and therefore results in a much better wash. It also helps to pro-long the life span of plastic glasses. Dedicated Renovate Cycle The Sovereign Glass Washer has a dedicated Renovate Cycle for renovating glasses. This cycle removes the build up of non-rinsable films to make glasses like new again. Dry It Glass Dryer The Airack dries glasses in just 4 minutes... Put quite simply, The Airack is the 4 Minute Marvel Dry In Just 4 Minutes To serve the Perfect Drink you need a dry glass. The Airack Glass Dryer will dry up to 30 pint glasses in just 4 minutes. Do away with tea towels or paper towels and simply place the basket on the Airack and hit Start. Just four minutes later, you will have a completely dry glass in which to serve the Perfect Drink. Airack The standard Airack has an automatic 4 minute timer, a drain funnel for excess water and an air filter. The Airack is available in three different sizes; 400mm, 450mm and 500mm. Static and Mobile Units Storing glasses correctly will prevent the re-introduction of cross-contamination and dampness which will result in a poorly presented, tired-looking, flat-tasting and past-its-best drink. Basket units are ideal as glasses are stored in the unit using the correct basket from the glass washer & Airack, this means less handling of the glasses, and results in no cross-contamination and good ventilation during storage. Clenaware Monitoring System (CMS) The Clenaware Monitoring System allows for the complete management ment of the Clenaware machine and records and reports through an easy to use online interface that users can access on a real-time, 24/7 basis from any internet enabled PC. The CMS also allows for the management ment of multiple machines across single locations or estates. Access to real-time machine data through any standard Internet Browser Access to a wide range of machine usage reports and audit trails Monitoring of items such as the consumption of power, water and consumable parts Complete tracking of machine history Indentifying service and maintenance issues before they arise Reducing engineer calls outs and costs whilst increasing the first time fix rate The Clenaware Monitoring System offers many key benefits, however, the biggest benefit is that support and service e can be offered in a more pro-active way as it takes away many elements of the re-active support that tends to happen with commercial equipment. Machine Installation We offer a complete Installation, Removal and Disposal service for your new or replacement Clenaware machine. The Installation, Removal and Disposal service covers all machines in the Clenaware range and is carried out by trained Clenaware engineers. Machine Maintenance Service We offer a complete Machine Maintenance Service package which is designed to provide maintenance and service to your Clenaware machine, ensuring that it continues to provide first class results. Like all equipment, a regular service provides long term benefits for the machine and its life span. All Machine Maintenance Services are carried out by trained Clenaware engineers and include any service parts that need to be replaced. Machine Assessment A Clenaware machine assessment service can be offered as an alternative to fixing a problem or breakdown there and then. The machine assessment service has been introduced to help customers gain a better understanding of the condition of their machine. The machine assessment service involves an engineer visit on site and to spend approximately 1 hour assessing the whole machine. The engineer will look at all the key aspects and functionality of the machine. Following the assessment, customers receive a full report on the machines condition alongside any recommended actions to bring the machine up to a good working standard. The advantages of this service is that it gives you a full report on the whole machine so that you can make an informed decision on what actions you wish to take. Machine Refurbishment For anyone that has a Clenaware machine we offer a Machine Refurbishment Service. A machine refurbishment can be requested for many reasons; perhaps the machine is unserviceable and hasn t been in use for a while, or maybe a refit means the opportunity to refurbish existing machines.
