The group bookings office can advise on coach and minibus parking options and convenient drop-off points. Open year-round from 9.30am daily (except 24 25 December). Closing times vary seasonally. With lift access throughout Kew Palace and up to the Treetop Walkway, Kew s is perfect for all ages. Paths are largely flat and there is ramp access to all glasshouses and galleries.
