Architectural Features Built during 1580-1581. Originally was built in red stone but later changed in white marbel. The tomb consist of a square exterior of 24ft side which contains a mortuary chamber of 16ft side, whole covered by a low dome.

Buland Darwaza - Interior The structure may be resolved into 2 aspects, the forntal and highest aspect forming the façade with the portal and the back view consisting of a lower and plainer portion intruding into the mosque courtyard. Whole structure made of red sand stone.
