CONDENSING UNITS. AIR COOLED CONDENSER. DESCRIPTION Description The equipment described in this document are condensing units, air cooled condenser, cooling only (DXCZ series). These units are designed to operate together with any indoor unit of our manufacture of equivalent capacities. Although the basic set is with indoor unit from FTBZ series. Cabinet Made of high quality galvanized steel plate, finished with electrostatically applied and oven polymerized polyester powder for optimal resistance in outdoor conditions. The compressor and the side containing refrigerant parts is lined with thermo-acoustic insulation. Refrigerant Circuit Made of high grade refrigerant copper tubing, clean and dehydrated, incorporates Schräder valves for easy access, vacuum, refrigerant charging and maintenance. Brazing is made with silver alloy soldering. Units are supplied with flare valves and R407c charge (5m). Compressors Compressors are rotary or Scroll type depending upon models, with inherent thermal protection and the corresponding oil charge. Compressor is mounted on the basis (chassis) by means of vibration absorbers and it is acoustically insulated. All this guarantees a silent and vibration free operation. Compressor also incorporates crankcase heater. Control System (DXCBZ with FTBZ) Contactor for compressor and fan motors. Standard system for the complete (evaporator and condenser) is a wired, wallmounted controller featuring all the necessary functions including possibility of programming for a week. The electronic plate is incorporated in the indoor unit and it allows for high/low pressure controls, compressor time delay, anti-freeze of evaporating coil, on-off outdoor fan for low ambient operation, etc Options Head pressure control (fan speed control) for operation at low ambient temperatures (below 18ºC). Controller system by conventional room thermostat. Infrared remote controller (with up to three sensors). Power supply. Mod. 171, 201, 221, 251, 271 230 1Ph. 50 Hz~. Heat Exchangers Made of coated (blue) aluminium fins and copper tubing 3/8, mechanically expanded and of high heat exchange efficiency. Fans Propeller type, direct drive with single phase motor, 6 & 8 pole depending on models. One fan up to model 351, two fans for the rest of models (371 up to 721).
