Its integral Copper/Cupronickel Fin Tubes are mainly designed and manufactured for various heat exchanger applications, viz Condensers, Chillers, Evaporators, Oil Coolers, Water Heaters, Heat Pumps, Boilers and Shell & Tube type Heat Exchanger etc. The Stainless Steel and Titanium Fin Tubes are mainly used in surroundings which require a high level of anti-corrosion such as Industries of Petroleum, Petrochemical, Metallurgical, Power, Food and Maritime etc. The Integral Copper/Cupronickel Fin Tubes are made by Rolling processes. The tubes are fully integrated and seamless which guarantees excellent performances in heat transferring, life and the resistance to vibration. Our Integral Fin Tubes are comparable in quality with any well-known American or European maker, such as Wieland and Wolverine. At the same time, we are one of the few manufacturers all over the world who can make the High Stainless Steel/Titanium Fin Tubes by Laser Welding processes for which it is a co-developed projected by our Sino-German Joint Venture. The fin height can reach more than 15mm which guarantees a high heat transferring efficiency which is widely used in hard surroundings All our Integral Fin Tubes are Customer-Oriented, with a full spectrum size of Low, Medium and High Fins with a pitch from 6 FPI to 20 FPI. The Fin Height of our tubes can reach 15 mm. Resorting to our Coiling Integral Copper Finned Tubes, we also produce various Heat Exchangers in resident applications for Fireplace, Space Heater and Solar Water Heater etc. Especially we make Cupronickel Fin Tubes for Water Heaters and Heat Pumps in Pool and Spa applications. Material available to our Integral Fin Tubes covers Copper (C10200, C12000, C12200), Cupro-Nickel (C70600), Aluminum, Alloy Aluminum (AISI6063), Bimetallic Fin Tubes such as Aluminum-Steel, Aluminum-Stainless Steel and Aluminum-Copper, Stainless Steel(ASTM304, 304L, 316, 316L) and Titanium etc. FSI provides clients with Integral Find Tubes as Straight, Omega Shaping, Coiling and Folding with interior tube as Smooth, Corrugation (Wave) and Spiral which brings on different heat transferring efficiency. FSI processes long lengths which have been optimized for the shorter lengths our clients require. This can ensure clients to operate with very low scrap yields. The Integral Fin Tubes can be shipped with either Fully Fin Tubes or Stripped Ends. The tubes can be stripped to specified depth while providing specified OD for use into header sheets. We also make Annealed Copper/Cupronickel Fin Tube with an average grain size of 0.04~0.08mm per Temper 061 which is softened and easily coiled based on specifications of ASME SB-359.
