Welcome to the Neighborhood! COPPERLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDE 2017

At Copperleaf, feeling at home just comes naturally. Not surprising when you take a look around at the abundance of resources we offer to nurture and enrich just about every aspect of your life...from our spacious, high-quality homes, to our exceptional schools and diverse community amenities, to our vast network of unique parks, trails and open spaces. So take your time and explore just how much this unique community has to offer. You ll soon discover it s the kind of place where you can put down roots and find plenty of room to grow.

Education...a Natural Priority Copperleaf is part of the renowned Cherry Creek School District, one of the most highly regarded school systems in the country. But the community s commitment to education extends beyond the classroom as well through the diversity of community resources and natural amenities that inspire and encourage lifelong learning. Copperleaf is also proud to welcome Mountain Vista Elementary School to our community. Our Great Outdoors Copperleaf will be home to more than 100 acres of parks and open space, thousands of trees and miles of planned trails creating a rich diversity of natural and built environments that will both define and distinguish the entire community. Plus, each Copperleaf neighborhood is named after a particular tree, which in turn provides the basis for area landscaping designs as well as themed features and elements within each neighborhood park or recreation area. Here are just a few highlights to look for as you explore our neighborhoods: Presidential Park: Cherry trees provide a natural tie to the nation s first president in this new park. While the new tot playground creates a full, interactive environment for kids to learn and play in. Geology Park: Explore and enjoy the natural elements with a kid-size rock-climbing wall and rock outcroppings as well as a play geological exploration field. Prehistoric Park: Step back in time with a stroll through Linden Neighborhood s Prehistoric Park, which includes dinosaur climbers, featured dinosaur fossils and fun, themed playgrounds for kids. Copperleaf Bark Park: The proposed 1.5-acre Bark Park will provide a perfect canine oasis for your furry friends to romp and fetch off-leash, while you enjoy the natural beauty of an inviting park-like environment. Dog-friendly features may include a doggie wash, a shade shelter and a doggie water fountain. The Arboretum Pool & Clubhouse Situated on more than four acres within the heart of the community, the Copperleaf Arboretum Pool & Clubhouse is designed for people of all ages to enjoy. Highlights include a six-lane, competition-size lap pool, a kid-friendly Splash Garden, a family-friendly Overlook Terrace and an adjacent pool house.
