ALTERNATE EU#1 Repair and Float any major wall / blemishes or issues. 8. FLOORING a. 1 st Floor i. Concrete go over with GLUE DOWN VLP. (Prep as needed). BY OTHERS. ii. Cutting Concrete (trenching) on first floor units is necessary to move baths and/or add baths. iii. Furnish and Install GLUE DOWN VLP Flooring. BY OTHERS iv. Furnish and Install Cove Base.
