Carrier-In The Carrier-in system features parallel-arranged structures made up of 0.9 mm thick aluminum alloy carrier with prongs at a module of 75 mm. The hanger of 300C is fastened to the prong of the carrier. The concealed suspension system complements a clean appearance to create a monolithic look. The unique locking clip is devised to resist the wind load and secure the exterior application. No special tools are required for access to the plenum. Hook-On The Hook-on system is flexible in installation, using Z-profile or prongfree light-steel runners equipped with a hanging bracket to ensure a reliable installation. Its physical-chemistry property is perfect to manufacture the metal ceiling in terms of tension, rigidity, plasticity, ductility, and resistance against corrosion. Coating Technology The surface of Luxalon metal ceiling by Hunter Douglas is extremely environmentally-friendly and features three layers of stove-enameled finish. The finish is produced by a process of continuous coil coating and baking, and is complemented by a strict and precise computer control in the process of colour mixing. The coating process produces a uniform colour and gloss, offering unperceptive variations in colours, good saturation of tones, great colour adhesion to the surface, strong resistance to abrasion, and reliable quality. Forming Technology Luxalon metal ceiling products, including both the face panel and the carrier, use the rollerforming processing, which features high precision in manufacturing. The finished product is stable in form, flat in surface, highly precise in processing, and strong in formed materials.
