Single Family, Hamden, CT Project Introduction and Overview Description Single family, Cape Style home with 1152 sq/ft and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. House built in 1950 on.19 ac lot in a nice, quiet neighborhood on a beautiful tree lined street. Rehab Overview Property was in need of extensive interior and exterior renovations. A new roof with gutters along with new exterior vinyl siding and landscaping were needed. The rear wall of the house needed extensive repairs as well as an additional front entrance. The kitchen was completely renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances. The bathroom was completely renovated with a Whirlpool tub, custom tile and fixtures. A new forced warm air furnace was installed as well as new electric panel box. The basement was finished as well. Contractor Overview Multiple contractors were needed to complete this project. A licensed general contractor was hired for the flooring, kitchen, bathroom, painting and all carpentry. A licensed plumber was hired for all new plumbing and heating upgrades.
