Ducted Chimney The chimney easily attaches to the top of the cabinet whereby the hot exhaust air from the servers is exhausted from the backs of the cabinets through the chimneys, directly into the ceiling plenum and back to the CRACs. Hot and cool air never mix, so it is highly energy efficient and significantly increases CRAC cooling capacity by ensuring the highest achievable return air temperature to the cooling coils.
