Automated Interlocking Test System Patent Pending InterTest is a Registered Trademark Of Ultra-Tech Enterprises, Inc. 4701 Taylor Road Punta Gorda, Fl 33950
What is? InterTest is a complete Interlocking Test System that: Automatically generates test sheets for 2 year FRA tests Automatically generates test sheets for In-Service tests Automatically performs 2 year FRA tests Automatically performs In-Service tests Can be used to manually step through tests
Features and Benefits of Lower costs through efficient methods and reliable equipment. Improve test productivity and accuracy. Automatic generation of test procedures. Automatic testing: Indication Locking Time Locking Route Locking In-Service Tests Interoperative manual testing. Test commands, processes, and results can be viewed from system s PDA. Automatic logging of test results. User friendly software.
How does work? InterTest consists of 2 independent software programs, and scalable hardware to accommodate different interlocking plants. InterTest uses a CAD model entry program to define the interlocking characteristics, then creates test sheets which are then used by a test engine software program to actually perform the tests. Hardware installation to the signal system allows InterTest to measure and control the status of the interlocking under test.
What does an system include? Combination of permanently installed & portable equipment. Host Computer that contains a detailed model of the Interlocking. Client computers for remote locations Radio Modems for Wide Area Network communications. Control Point Interfaces (CPI) are permanently connected to field wiring circuits, which perform measurements and control. Easily configured to test interlocking sites of differing configurations.
