A lot of the products can be varied and combined according to customer s requests. Furthermore all products conform to the required security standards and can sometimes be equipped according to a higher security class as well. While cabinets made of metal rust and cabinets made of polycarbonate embrittle there occurs only little surface abrasion with glass fibre reinforced cabinets. Our fibre glass reinforced polyester is furthermore resistant to numerous bases and acids as well as to road salt, petrol, oil, alcohol, urine, bitumen mix, 10% hydrochloride acid, sulphur and acetic acid.

Applications Trend-setting and qualified solutions for your specific market Energy Distribution Distribution of energy (electricity, gas, water), metering and control of energy consumption Cable distribution cabinets are equipped according to the guidelines of the electricity suppliers with copper busbars and NH- fuse switch disconnectors. Cable distribution cabinets are normally used as a freestanding distribution device with socket. Nevertheless it is also possible to install them flush-mounted into the wall. House service switch cabinets, cable terminal boxes and incoming fuse cabinets are used at the interface between the utility power supply and a building s power supply system. The outgoing terminals form the bridge between the distribution system and customer s installation. Metering cabinets are used for direct or indirect metering of electric energy. They can be delivered in freestanding, flush-mounted or wall-mounted version.
Page 11 Telecommunication According to the regulations of different telecommunication companies ELSTA MOSDORFER manufactures cabinets for fixed networks and GSM systems. These cabinets are based on the freestanding distribution cabinets and can be equipped with additional heat insulation or a 19 frame. Most of the cabinets are equipped with fixing bars, bottom plates with cable-ducts, earth bars, etc. Water- and waste water treatment We design and manufacture our control cabinets for pumping stations together with manufacturers of pumps, suppliers of waste water treatment plants and engineering companies. The main parts of the control system are the incoming fuses, energy meter, control of the pumps via PLC (depending on the level and operating time, measuring the level in the sewer) and the transmission of the operating- and failure data via GSM modem or radio communication. Traffic Control Systems For traffic guidance control, motorway guidance systems, tunnel guidance systems, toll-collect systems where control, information, measuring, counting and metering of data is required, we offer UV-resistant, safe and robust cabinets. Industry For industries like petro-chemical, steel, pulp and paper, mining, shipyards, where non corrosive materials with good temperature resistance are required, cabinets made of glassfibre reinforced polyester are the perfect solution.
