. INTRODUCTION The basis of Smart Living Lugano's offer is an an apartment equipped with all fixtures and accessories along with a series of services. RULES AND EQUIPMENT On handover of the apartment an inspection will be carried out based on a checklist to verify the state of the accessories and equipment. In the event of damage or defect caused or found after the handover of the apartment this should be reported as soon as possible to the management. During the tenancy the occupier is expected to use furniture and accessories in an appropriate manner. Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use is accepted. When the apartment is handed back a new inspection will be carried out to assess the state of things. In case of damage or missing objects caused during the tenancy the tenant will undertake to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged or missing object. It is forbidden to carry out any unlawful activity in the apartment or activity that could harm the image and decor of Smart Livng Lugano. In the event of violation the responsibility lies exclusively with the tenant. Attached is a complete list of the fixtures of the apartment.
