AUDIO VISUAL AIM WA provides purpose built training rooms, each equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. COMPUTER S AIM WA offers your organisation the convenience of first class computing room facilities, for all your computing needs. AIM WA provides the perfect setting for conducting your customised computer training sessions, and offers four separate computer training rooms, each able to be configured to meet your needs. Each room is equipped with electronic whiteboards, and has the trainer s computer linked to both wall-mounted data projector screens and extra desk monitors, allowing your staff easy viewing throughout the training day. AIM WA s computer training rooms contain PC platforms and can cater for participant numbers from 10 to a maximum of 12. PROFESSIONAL CATERING AIM WA offers exceptional catering which promises to impress. Catered in-house by Alliance, arrival coffee/tea, morning tea, buffet or working lunch, and afternoon tea options are available. The Institute also provides catering options for vegetarians and other special diets. Should you require catering not specified below please discuss this with the venue hire coordinator. Working Lunch - $31 per person A selection of gourmet sandwiches plus a fresh fruit platter, cheeseboard, and fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee Served in function rooms only and incurs an additional daily surcharge of $60*. FULL DAY PACKAGE Full Day Catering - $67 per person Includes continuous tea and coffee throughout the day, morning tea, buffet lunch,and afternoon tea Buffet lunch served in the AIM WA shared Dining Room only. NOTE: All after-hours and weekend venue hire will incur an additional 15% room hire surcharge. * In-room catering will incur an additional surcharge which will be determined by number of guests.

AIM WA TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VENUE HIRE Damage Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to the wall, door, window or other surface or part of the building. The hanging of banners must be approved by the Institute prior to the function. Any damage to property over and above normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the organiser and will be charged in full. This includes but is not limited to any damage to equipment, fittings, and paint or wall finishes arising from the placement of displays, signs, banners or posters etc. Deposit A deposit equal to 50% of the total venue hire fee is to be paid to secure the booking. External Catering AIM WA have a fully catered facility and outside catering is not permitted to be brought into AIM WA. Insurance AIM WA assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of client property before, during or after a function. Organisers should arrange their own insurance for valuable items. Deliveries AIM WA must be notified of all deliveries being made to the Institute in advance of Venue Hire bookings. The collection and return of goods is the organiser s responsibility. Emergency Procedures Emergency evacuation procedure details are located in each function room and the main foyer. For an electronic copy please contact AIM WA. Compliances It is understood that the organiser will conduct their function in an orderly manner in full compliance with the Australian Institute of Management WA and with all applicable laws. Liability If the Institute has reason to believe that the function will effect the smooth running of the Institute s business, its security or reputation, it reserves the right to cancel the function without liability. Conflict of Interest Rooms cannot be hired out where the Product is in direct competition with AIM WA advertised programs. Access Times Clients should keep to session times as closely as possible. The organiser agrees to begin the function and vacate the room at the scheduled times. In the event that the function should continue beyond the agreed finishing time an additional $55.00 per hour will be charged. Please note that AIM WA opens at 8am and closes at 5pm each day. After hour and weekend access will incur additional cost and is subject to availability. Please contact AIM WA for after hour details and access. Confirmation Bookings are not confirmed until a copy of the Venue Confirmation Form, Terms and Conditions are completed and returned to AIM WA. In the interim we reserve the right to conduct negotiations with other interested parties. Tentative Bookings AIM WA will hold tentative bookings until such time that there is another request for the space. AIM WA will contact the client holding the space for confirmation. Upon confirmation, normal booking conditions and cancellation penalties will apply. Cancellation Policy There will be no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled 28 days or more from the event date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the room hire fee will be charged for bookings cancelled within 28 days of the venue hire date. If cancellation occurs within 10 days of the venue hire date 100% room hire fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 5 days of the venue hire date the total cost of the venue hire (including catering) will be charged. Room Allocation AIM WA reserves the right to switch bookings between rooms of comparable standard if necessary. However every effort will be made to provide space as originally booked. Final Numbers A guaranteed minimum number of guests attending the function is required by 12.00 noon, seven (7) working days prior to the function. The invoice will be based on these minimum numbers or the actual attendance whichever is greater. Final payment is required 7 days after the issuing of invoice. Pricing and Variations Catering prices and menu items are subject to change according to season and supply. Bookings made more than 2 months in advance may be subject to price change. WHERE TO FIND US 76 Birkdale Street, Floreat WA 6014 The Australian Institute of Management WA is a non-smoking facility and has purposely designed and well-equipped premises located in Floreat, just 15 minutes from Perth s CBD. Free parking is available onsite or public transport options are also possible via bus routes 28, 98 and 99. The Shenton Park Train station is also within a 10-15 minute walk. Disabled parking and wheelchair access is clearly marked.

I can highly recommend the use of AIM WA s training rooms for meetings and workshops. We use them frequently and are always completely satisfied with the experience.
