FRIDGE A D FREEZER The fridge/freezer unit supplied with this system is as follows: - Gross capacity: 176 liters - Product size: SOOxS30x1370m - Connects with AC power through an adapter - Environmentally friendly refrigerant: R134A "BOB LIGHTS" This is an LED based light with an E27 fitting. Please note that our system will only operate with these lights. Do not use any other form of light within this home system as it will disqualify the guarantee and affect the sustainability of the system. 220V I VERTER Our 400w inverter is a timed 220v AC system that only activates at a specific time. Depending on the area the system is installed in. the one hour timed usage can be set to come on at any time at night. The current default time is preset to come on from 20HOO till 21 HOO, out of this time period the 220v outlet is automatically disabled. The 220v AC outlet is found on the right hand side of the DB box and has a white plug top. If there is more then a 400w draw on the inverter it will automatically switch off and an internal siren will sound.
To reset the inverter follow these instructions: Unplug appliance from socket Open clear lid on DB board Switch off the circuit breaker marked inverter for a period of 10 seconds Switch the circuit breaker back on Inverter will now be reset and can be used again NB: make sure that appliance been used does not exceed 400w I STALLATIO MA UAL The following will be supplied in kit format: 4x 4m Cab-tie for "Bob light" 2x 4m Cab-tie for "Bob spotlight" 2x 5 Pin connectors 2x 3 Pin Connectors 2x 2m red 1.5mm I STALLATIO MA UAL CO TI UED 2x 2m black 1.Smm 4x light switches ("Bob light") 3x 1.8 watt Bob Lights and 1 x 3watt Bob Light 2x "Bob Spotlight" switch, 1 x single switch 4m solar cable, red and black Cable A 2m Battery cable with lugs, Cable B 1 x cell phone plug 1 x 2 pin plug for cell phone connection 1 x auto DC Home System, DB Box (Grade A,B,C,D,E) l x black battery box indicator included A,B,C 1 x black Battery box no indicator D & E Battery with 2 lug points A,B,C Battery for D&E DC plug cable 3 m with double lugs 400w Inverter connected to switchgear 2x red plug point (DC points) 1 x white plug point (AC point) Solar Panel Pole/Bracket Prime crystalline panel I STRUCTIO S Taking the 4m light leads; connect on the side of the cab-tie (brown) to the Spin connector. Take the blue and connect to the one side of the switch. From the other side of the switch, take to the second Spin connector. Do this with all 4 4m cables. Using the red wire supplied, connect this to the 5th pin of the connector and put in the light circuit in the DB box. Taking the black wire supplied, put into the 2nd connector and attach to the earth bar in the DB box.
Connect Cable A to the Solar panel using the red cable to positive on the panel and the black to the negative. The end with the lugs is screwed onto the plugs attached red to red and black to black. Before connecting Cable B-the battery cable- ensure all trips are off. Taking red, connect to DB box red at the bottom and black to the bottom of the DB box. DB is now active. Turning the key, 30 should show on the timer. Your function should now be operational. Plug the TV and DVD and fridge after connecting the plugs as illustrated on wiring diagram. Ensure solar panel is facing North-NB! Ensure terminals are secure inside battery box. Green LED should be on. After connecting fridge, leave it on and do not open the door until it is cold. By opening the door unnecessarily, one effectively wastes power. After connecting to the battery a 10 min delay of activation can be expected. Remember when the panel is connected, it will not operate in daylight hours. Unclip the panel Cable A, to test in the day-time. There will be a 10 minute delay before system activates. Once panel is re connected a further 10 minute delay will take place until system is de activated (Day Time Test Only) SPECIFICATIO Input 12VDC Output 12VDC A-B-C-E Output D 220V DC 400w Charge Input 17.5V-21.5V Battery Alarm 11.5V Activate Red light on 11.8 v-13.8v Green light on Internal indicators: Green Battery full Double Green Charging Green flashing Full battery Red Empty battery "Bob lights" 8.8V DC/AC 17.5 DC/AC SUSTAI ABILITY CALCULATIO S: 6 hours usage 43% Storage usage Watt of panel less 40% x 6 hours A-B: 100% use C-D: 50% use Phase: Input: Complete 140w + 140W = 1008w Usage: 458watt + 500watt = 958watt Overcharge: 50w per day Charge Rate: 5.7Hr Days spare: 1.5
