Betacyfluthrin; Apply 200-400 ml product per hectare. Fenbutatin oxide; Apply 50 ml/100l water. Add wetting agent Agral at the rate of 100 ml/100l spray volume. Sulphur; Apply 400-500 ml ml per 100L of water plus Agral 600 wetter or equivalent non-ionic wetter at 0.1% to assist droplet spread. NIL DO NOT HARVEST FOR 12 WEEKS AFTER DO NOT HARVEST FOR 4 WEEKS AFTER NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED. Spray with a boom spray or high volume mister to target coverage of the insect pests. Adjust spray volume to ensure coverage. Aerial application is ineffective unless combined with additional insecticides. DO NOT apply to the crop if temperatures exceed 32 o C. For best results apply in cooler evening periods. This is for suppresssion treatment only. It does not kill Pyrgo beetle adults nor Psyllid adults. Spray if more than 1 in 10 twigs are infested with scale insects. Map infestations of pyrgo in the field patch spray major infestations as a first priority. Rotate permitted pesticides to reduce the chance of insect resistance developing. Spray the entire plant using hollow cone or fan jets attached to droppers. Apply two sprays 10-14 days apart. Apply a minimum of 500-1000L of spray per hectare (depending on plant size) to ensure adequate coverage to point of runoff. Apply twice 10-14 days apart. DO NOT apply in the heat of the day. Use higher rate for heavier infestations. This treatment suppresses eriophyid mite populations. Up to 80% control of mites can be expected shortly after the second treatment. Crop Pest Active Constituent Rate States Withholding Period Critical Use Comments BARK EATING WEEVIL PYRGO BEETLE Deltamethrin; Apply 300-450 ml product per hectare by boom or aerial application. Abamectin; 300mL/ha Inodacarb; 300mL/ha NSW DO NOT HARVEST FOR 12 WEEKS AFTER DO NOT graze or cut treated areas for stock food for 21 days after application of either product. Regular crop monitoring is essential. Affected areas should be identified only these localised areas sprayed when 15 percent of plants have wounds to bark vascular tissue caused by bark eating weevil. Apply a thorough spray to achieve sufficient crop penetration. Use highest rate when insect pressure is heavy. Apply to coppice regrowth. Use a spray volume of 30-100 L/ha. DO NOT apply more than 2 applications of each product per crop. Apply as foliar spray by ground or aerial application. For resistance management alternate with products from different modes of action groups. PER14114 Permit Version 1 Page 5 of 12

TABLE B: HERBICIDES Crop Pest Active Constituent Rate States Withholding Period Critical Use Comments ANNUAL AND PERENNIAL GRASS WEEDS 520 g/l Haloxyfop; Annual grasses - apply 100-400 ml product per hectare. Perennial grasses - apply 375 ml product per hectare (two applications 8-10 weeks apart). 130 g/l Haloxyfop; Annual grasses - apply 400 ml-1.6l product per hectare. Perennial grasses - apply 1.5L product per hectare (two applications 8-10 weeks apart). DO NOT HARVEST FOR 4 WEEKS AFTER DO NOT GRAZE OR USE AS STOCKFOOD ANY TREATED PLANTS/WEEDS FOR 21 DAYS AFTER Users should not rely solely upon haloxyfop or other Group A herbicides for control of annual perennial grasses. Cultural techniques such as inter-row cultivation should form part of an integrated weed control strategy. Where chemicals are the control option, registered herbicides from chemical groups other than Group A should be used in rotation, to avoid development of herbicide resistance. Spray volumes; Ground application at 50-150 L/ha. Aerial application at 30L/ ha minimum. DO NOT apply with Uptake spraying oil or any other crop oils as unacceptable growth retardation may result. Use the recommended non-ionic surfactant, according to spray volume requirements, as per the product labels. PER14114 Permit Version 1 Page 6 of 12

NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED. (Where plants known to be toxic to stock occur e.g. St. John's wort, bracken, soursob etc, grazing should be delayed until complete browning of treated plants occurs.) Avoid contact with foliage, green stems, exposed non-woody roots or fruit crops, desirable plants trees, since severe injury or destruction may result. Note all recommendations on the label reeffective application, including addition of suitable non-ionic surfactant, health of weeds, dust/silt covering weed foliage, rainfall effects, weeds covered in rain or dew delay of disturbance of treated weeds. Whilst a with-holding period for stock is not required, it is recommended that grazing of treated plants be delayed to ensure herbicide absorption (see label). Additional Comments for Shielded spray applications only: It is recommended that this method is used ONLY if weeds cannot be controlled by other methods. At spraying, ensure that NO residual tea tree foliage is present on the stump. Remove any residual foliage by mechanical shaving, or by using a directed flame burner. DO NOT spray swollen buds on stumps. NOTE that buds can burst 8 days after harvest in summer. Surface of cut stump MUST be dry, before spraying commences. Only after foliage, bud stump-surface issues are resolved as above, apply as a blanket spray 4-10 days after harvest. PER14114 Permit Version 1 Page 8 of 12
