Laboratory prepared the test samples according specifications of the petitioner. Application Method: The product was applied with a brush on calcium silicate boards with a density of 680 kg/m 3 and thickness of 10 mm, it was applied in two layers with consumption of 0.750 kg/m 2 for layer. Total consumption of final product was 1.5 kg/m 2. Measurements of the deck samples: 1800 x 800 mm. Manufacturer: MARIS POLYMERS SA POLYURETANE SYSTEMS. Address: Inofita Viotias Thesi, Roumani -32011 (Greece) 3. CONDITIONING At the time of the test, the sample was in balance with the laboratory environment. 4. SOURCE OF IGNITION The source of ignition used is defined in section 4.1.2 of the test guideline. The wood shavings comply with the requirements of sections 4.2 Calibration, and 4.5 conditioning. The humidity content of the wood was determined. The result should range between 8% and 12% in dry weight. In this case, it was 10.9%. 5. SLOPE In accordance with the petitioner s instructions, the test was performed with a 15º slope.

Zone for measuring and positioning the ignition source: Photo Nº 1 shows the location of the source of ignition, positioned as specified in figure 4 of the test standard and the measuring zone. PHOTO Nº1 Sample nº1 prior to the test. 6.2. Preparation of the samples It was not necessary to protect the edges of the sample. During the testing process, the samples were kept away from air draughts. 6.3. Environmental conditions The tests were conducted in a room bigger than 150 m 3 in volume, and the following environmental conditions: During the tests, the environmental conditions of the laboratory were maintained at temperature of (20±10) ºC. Temperature: 23 ºC Relative Humidity: 51 % 6.4. Records

Uncertainty associated to the measurement: Uncertainty associated to the time (in s): ± 1.2 Uncertainty associated to the distance (in mm): ± 2 In accordance with point 4.10.1, the results obtained at 15º could be applied to roofs with slopes of < 20º. The test results correspond to the behaviour of test samples of a product under the testing conditions themselves. They do not intend to be the only evaluation criterion to assess the potential fire hazard involved in the use of the product. The Euro class to which the tested product belongs is defined in Part 2 of the Classification Report. Responsible of the Fire Laboratory LGAI Technological Center S.A. (APPLUS) Responsible of Reaction to Fire LGAI Technological Center S.A. (APPLUS) The results refer exclusively to the samples tested at the time and under the conditions indicated. The uncertainties expressed in this document pertain to the expanded uncertainty, which has been obtained by multiplying the typical measurement uncertainty by the coverage factor k=2 which, for a regular distribution, corresponds to a coverage probability of approximately 95%.
