What we do From start to finish we handle the whole process from design, to manufacturing and through to installation. A one-stop shop for canopy solutions. 1. Survey / Quote One of our technical surveyors will visit your property and conduct a full survey of the building and the area you wish to cover, this will form the basis of your quote. 4. Delivery Once the canopy has left production it will go to our warehouse ready for distribution, where a member of our team will call you to confirm a delivery date. 2. Design Once the order has been confirmed we will design your canopy in-line with the surveyors report, taking into account specific site details to create an entirely bespoke system. 5. Install We will then book a time and date for our installation fitters to come and erect the canopy. The size of the canopy will dictate how many fitters are required and the length of time needed to complete the project. 3. Manufacture From design, the canopy will then go into production, where it will be added to the planning schedule ready for manufacturing. 6. After Sales We offer cleaning services and canopy MOTs and we are always on hand should you have any queries after installation.

FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions 1. How long will it take to install? It is all dependent on the individual requirements of the site and can be as little as half a day. We can install 7 days a week. 2. How much will the canopy cost? They are all bespoke to the individual site this is why a survey is required. Once a survey has been completed an official quote will then be given with a full price breakdown, this will be based around site specific calculations. 3. Is installation included in the price? Yes, the price will include installation and will be installed by our fully trained installation teams. We do not sub-contract out any aspect of the work. 4. How will the canopy stand up to strong winds and snow? Our canopies are fully tested for wind and snow loadings. Our structural engineer provides full site specific structural calculations to the latest Eurocodes. 5. How much maintenance will the canopy need? The main benefit of our systems is the low maintenance. We recommend periodic cleaning of the canopies and clearing of the guttering. Other than this there is no maintenance and no painting required. 6. What colours are the canopies available in? Our standard colours are white, brown, red, blue, green and yellow. We can also bespoke colours to match the business identity however there is an extra charge for this service. 7. Do I need planning permission? We would always recommend checking before any external work is carried out. Note: We can assist in planning approval and should building regulations be required we can see this process through from start to finish. 8. Is there a guarantee? We give a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing and installation on all of our canopies.
