HOME LIFTS 4 TAKES UP LESS SPACE THAN A SHOWER Our home lifts are compact. We only need 10 cm of space to install the hydraulic cylinder between two guide rails on a load-bearing wall. The rest of the lift shaft can be constructed with partition walls about 7 cm thick. The control box is installed next to the shaft. For a car measuring 83 cm across, the interior of the shaft only needs to be 105 cm wide. Your lift takes up the same floor space as a large shower! 1 8 REASONS TO CHOOSE ETNALIFT When you install an ETNALIFT home lift, you make it easy to move between floors, welcome visitors, transport heavy loads, and above all stay in your home longer. 5 SIMPLE INSTALLATION ETNALIFT home lifts are easy to install and integrate into your space. The shaft is enclosed with plasterboard, much like a bathroom or separate dressing room. The only potentially significant work required is cutting the hole, if the floor is concrete. Installation is faster if you have wood floors. After the prep work, plan two days for installation of a two-level lift. (Plan four weeks for manufacture and delivery.) 1 LOW STARTING COST WITH OPTIONS FOR EVERY BUDGET ETNALIFT home lifts are competitively priced because of their underlying simplicity. You can treat yourself to one for the price of small city car! Of course, cabin size, finishes, and the number of levels and landing doors will all affect the price. 6 SAFETY DESIGNED FOR THE HOME In the event of a power outage, you can safely let yourself out of the lift car without calling emergency services. There is a lever you can operate manually from inside the cabin to gently lower the lift to the lower level using its own weight. An emergency key located in the cabin lets you unlock the lift landing door from the inside. And you re out! The car can also be lowered from the outside. Emergency lighting and a telephone wired to your existing landline are also available. 2 QUIET AND ECONOMICAL All you need to run your home lift is a regular electrical outlet. Your lift uses less energy than an iron and is very quiet during operation. 7 STYLE AND COMFORT The ETNALIFT home lift fits into your home with style. You can even customise your cabin! 3 SIMPLE TECHNOLOGY: THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER ETNALIFT home lifts are simple and reliable thanks to their direct hydraulic drive technology. The hydraulic cylinder works mechanically, using simple oil pressure to raise and lower the lift. All it takes are a few litres of vegetable oil, and you don t even have to change it. The lift has no cable, chain, suspension system, or electrical battery (except for the emergency lighting). You can rest assured you ll always be safe with ETNALIFT. 8 AN EXCEPTIONAL WARRANTY All of our home lifts come with a two-year parts and labour warranty. TECHNICAL FEATURES 3 DOOR CONFIGURATIONS SINGLE DOOR Enter and exit from the same side STRAIGHT THROUGH Enter and exit from opposite sides The home lift is composed of guide rails, a hydraulic cylinder, a control box (which contains the system control panel and the hydraulic drive system) and a passenger car. 90 EXIT Turn left or right to exit The lift must be installed in an enclosed shaft. The control box is positioned within one metre of the shaft. The guides are installed on a load-bearing wall. Pressure from the oil in the hydraulic cylinder moves the car along the guides inside the shaft. The specially designed automated control system ensures a smooth ride with our soft start and stop system. ETNALIFT PRO TIPS If the top floor has a sloped ceiling, the roof of the lift car can be partially slanted. If the ceiling is too low, we can reduce the car height (minimum 1.80m, see tech dept.). MULTIPLE SIZE OPTIONS We will examine your installation options, whether you re remodelling your home or building new. The facing diagram shows a typical two-floor setup: the guides are installed on a load-bearing wall, and additional walls (which can be made from a variety of materials including plasterboard) form a shaft around the car.
