5 Property Access Keyless entry is private code (typically 4 digits) followed by kwikset to unlock deadbolt. Please refer to your welcome email to reference the keyless entry code. PLEASE DON T LOCK THE BOTTOM DOOR KNOB WHEN LEAVING THE UNIT as it can only be unlocked with a key. If you lock yourself out, there will be a $100.00 service fee to send an attendant out to open the door. Parking Instructions Please use CourtSide guest parking passes. They will be located in the unit once you arrive. Guests only get 2 parking spots per unit. Towing is enforced. At the end of your stay, please remember to leave parking passes on the kitchen table. If parking passes are not left at check-out, a $50.00 fee will be charged to replace them. Trash Trash is collected twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) and you do not need to take the trash cans to the street. Trash cans will be emptied and returned to their designated areas. Trash cans are located in a fenced area near the staircase leading to the unit. Please look for area marked Unit 47. CourtSide does recycle! Recycling bins are located in the same area and are emptied on Fridays.
6 Internet & Remote Info SSID WIFI Courtside Apt47 Pw: v5920dwyur49@ Television and Internet operation guidelines will be located on a laminated sheet located in or near the Kitchen. If the TV does not respond to the remote, first check the batteries are inserted incorrectly. The light on the remote should come on if they are functioning properly. Verify the TV is on the correct source/input (Normally the correct input is HDMI1). If you want to watch cable TV just push the green/yellow watch TV button and all 3 devices will power on/off (speakers, cable box, and TV). Make sure you are pointing remote at all 3 devices about 5ft away. TCL ROKU TV- functions To enable the tv function please push the TV/Media button to ensure TV is selected. -Power on/off - hit TV/Media button then power button -To get to the home TV screen - push either menu or guide button to get to inputs/application home screen -Back arrow (last previous page) - push exit button -Direction arrows and ok button - same on smart remote (Harmony remote) -Circle arrow (instant 10 second rewind) - same on smart remote. -Asterisk (tv options button) - info button on smart remote -Rewind/fast forward/play/pause - same on smart remote. -Mute button - same on smart remote.

8 Air Conditioning Air Conditioning is never to go below 72 degrees when set to Cool or the system will freeze and you will be without AC for approximately 24 hours. The Heat setting should never be above 78 degrees. The fan mode must remain on Auto at all times. Give the AC time to cool down upon arrival due to inspectors and cleaners going in and out of the property throughout the day. Please keep doors and windows shut while running the AC and heat. Electric Grill For safety purposes, please turn the heating knob to Off and unplug the grill after each use. It takes about 10 minutes for the grill to get hot (400-500 degrees). Once finished using the grill, please turn the grill off and allow for it to cool before putting the grill cover back on. Refrigerator Refrigerator and freezer are to be kept at the middle temperature setting at all times. Please keep the door closed as much as possible during the initial 12 hours after loading your groceries to give the refrigerator needed time to cool back down.
9 Breaker Box & Batteries/Light Bulbs Breaker Box and Light Bulbs / Batteries will be in the laundry/utility room cabinet. If you notice a breaker kicked please reset the breaker fuse. If you think there is an issue please contact the property manager ASAP. If you run out of light bulbs, batteries or specialty light bulbs are needed, please contact the property manager. Main Water Valve Shut-Off Main water shut off-valve is located outside, below the back deck/patio. It is the center green ground panel directly in front of the outside water hose line. Remove the green cover and you will see about 3 ft down a black handle valve. Turn it counter clockwise to shut off all water in the unit.
10 Pools & Tennis Island House Pool (entrance is located behind my building, to the right of tennis courts), PIN is 4795 to unlock the gate. CourtSide Pool (entrance is located near Unit 60). PIN is 531 to unlock the gate.
11 Van Der Meer Tennis Please call Van Der Meer Tennis to reserve your free one hour of tennis court time per day or inquire inside their ProShop. Just tell them you are staying at CourtSide Unit 47 to complete the reservation. Additional tennis time can be purchased. Rates vary between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. 12 Public Beach Parking Metered Spaces - Alder Lane, Folly Field and Burkes Beach. The fee is a quarter for each fifteen minutes Long Term Parking - Driessen Beach for a quarter fee for each thirty minutes during the week Annual Beach Passes - Islanders Beach at all times and Driessen Beach from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Free Parking Located at Fish Haul Park, Mitchelville Park and Coligny Beach Park *Handicap parking is available at no fee at all Public Beach Locations* Additional Information ***Check-In Time is at 4pm and Check-Out Time is at 10am. Inspect the refrigerator / freezer for all items and discard before leaving.
13 Housekeeping is provided upon departure. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest(s) shall inform Management immediately. Homeowner and Management are not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen or left behind on the premises. Homeowner and Management reserve the right to enter the premises for the purposes of inspecting for damages, repairs, and maintenance or pest control. Noise is limited between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM under Hilton Head ordinance (#95-05). Unruly or disruptive behavior at any time can terminate this agreement, with the Guest(s) ordered to vacate the premises. Items you might want to bring: For Bikes, Beach Gear and Baby Gear Rentals - Call Vacation Comfort Rentals at 800-655-9315 Beach towels, additional beach chairs, pool/beach games Kitchen condiments, coffee filters (most properties have your standard 10/12 cup coffee maker) and any items you need after the starter sets run out Resort Rules for Palmetto Dunes, Shipyard, Sea Pines and Forest Beach Parking on the roadway is not permitted. Parking on lawns is discouraged. Do not hang towels or swimwear on porch railings. Trash bins and trash bags are NOT to be brought roadside. They should remain in the service yard where they will be picked up by waste contractors. Automobiles have the right of way. Bicyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Do not feed the alligators or disturb any wildlife. Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time. Fireworks are prohibited. All boats, jet skis, kayaks, trailers, moving trucks, motorcycles or commercial/recreational vehicles are prohibited. Prohibited Activities in Designated Swimming Areas (April 1 to September 30 Between 10AM and 6PM) These areas will be clearly marked and are located at Alder, Coligny, Driessen, Folly Field, and Islanders beaches. Lifeguards are stationed in each of the designated swimming areas during beach season.
