No clear landmark/indication/ signage to direct people to the site. CHARACTERS & IDENTITY No identity of BB or local urban area. No sense of welcoming. No preservation of historical façade. SITE ISSUES FACILITIES Lack of street furniture Poor maintenance SAFETY Lack of safety & security features/cpted. URBAN DESIGN The need of soft and hard landscape. To preserve trees & vegetation. No interesting landscape elements.
