Dear friends and colleagues, On behalf of the Czech Society of Landscape Engineers and the Department of Landscape Management, Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, Mendel University in Brno, we request the pleasure of your participation in the ninth year of conference PUBLIC RECREATION AND LANDSCAPE PROTECTION WITH NATURE HAND IN HAND! organized under the auspices of doc. Ing. Radomír Klvač, Ph.D., the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, Mendel University in Brno, of Mgr. Richard Brabec, the Minister of the Environment, and of JUDr. Bohumil Šimek, the Governor of South Moravia, in cooperation with Czech Bioclimatological Society, AOPK ČR (Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic) Administration of the Moravian Karst Protected Landscape Area, Administration of Caves of the Czech Republic, Administration of the Krkonoše Mountains National Park,and the Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation

You can use all the conference languages. The proceedings with full versions of papers will be published in a printed form. The papers will be reviewed and the best papers will be recommended for publication in Journal of Landscape Management (ISSN 1804-2821). The proceeding will be sent for evaluation to Thomson Reuters and allocation Conference Proceeding Citation Index. The proceedings from the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017 are included in the Web of Science TM Core Collection and from the years 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 are included in the Scopus database. Participation Fee 2 900 Czk when paid by 19 March 2018 including (the date when the fee has to be credited to our account) 3 200 Czk for later payments, 27 April 2018 at latest 800 Czk when paying 1 article in the proceedings without attending the conference The first author of a presentation is entitled to a 100 Czk reduction on the conference fee. Employees or members of organizing institutions gain a reduction of 100 Czk and students gain a reduction of 100 Czk. Participants in last year's conference can apply 200 Czk discount. The above mentioned reductions can be cumulated. It is necessary to demonstrate the title to reduction in price during conference check-in at the latest.
