INTERREG IVC state of play Example of Policy Improved Capitalisation project Ministry for Economy and Labour of Saxony-Anhalt changed the OP s R&D guideline and financed implementation of Voucher for research & development services, based on examples from regions in Austria and the Netherlands. The voucher aims at helping (social) entrepreneurs purchase a knowledge provider s expertise to develop innovation and enhance business. The plan is to increase the number of SMEs in Saxony-Ahnalt, which operate in R&D.
