Project Limits and Overview Broadway Avenue - Canadian Pacific Railroad to Main Street: Mill and overlay the exiseng street to be designed by Mn/DOT and constructed under a Mn/DOT project in 2015. Provide streetscaping elements in conjunceon with Mn/DOT s proposed mill and overlay project Project will terminate at the Broadway ROW, unless there is another logical break line 5
Project Limits and Overview Fountain Park Enhancements: ConstrucEon of park and streetscaping elements Will generally conform with nature and scope proposed in the 2010 Streetscape Master Plan ModificaEons developed through the streetscape master plan review process and public input and informaeon processes ConnecEvity to Broadway Avenue and conenuaeon of streetscape themes Pedestrian Plaza: Currently proposed on William Street, east of Broadway Avenue Streetscaping and ameniees to create aestheecally pleasing gathering place and event venue 6

Form Streetscape Design Commicee (SDC) - Comprised of cross seceon of the community; downtown business owners, City staff 10-15 people, along with Master Plan Architect 2. Review and validate streetscape master plan with SDC 3. Community Open House #1 - Idea Gathering from Community - no preconceived design noeons - Small/Large Group Breakout Sessions 4. Review findings from Open House #1 with SDC 5. Preliminary Design with interim SDC checks during process 6. Community Open House #2 - Present Design Ideas to the Community for Feedback 7. Review findings from Open House #2 with SDC 9
Public Input/InformaEon Process 8. Design Review with individual Property Owners for Consensus Building & Assessment Discussions - Venue for hearing everybody s opinion, away from large crowds - Opportunity to show impact of assessments individually 9.
