1 Introduction CG500SKE is a gateway for an alarm and monitoring system. The trade name of the system is SKYEYE. This system is widely used such as Home, Business sectors, Offices, Factories etc. The priority for this system is design for simple to use and installation. 1.1 Features Alarm and monitoring function. 1. SkyEYE App for ios or Andriod.(App included) 2. App support 5 clients. 3. Entry mode, Exit mode and Alarm off mod 4. Each client is automatically synchronized the data with other client. 5. Work with Citygrow s CG500MS ZigBee PIR Motion Sensor. CG500MS is able to work on battery power.(batteries are Not included) 6. Low battery detection of PIR sensor. 7. SMS message to user as alarm is triggered. GSM/3G/4G SIM card supported. (SIM Card Not included) 8. Maximum 20 SMS records, 20 Dialer records. 9. Each Input devices can control 30 output devices. (such as output alarm, SMS and Dialer). 10. Local alarm by two output dry contacts to drive external siren alarm (Not included) 11. Support maximum 100 Inputs trigger devices 12. 2 SKYEYE Quick View 2.1 SKYEYE Overview This is the quick overview of Android 4.0 SKYEYE App. There are Android and IOS versions of SKYEYE app. It is compatible to use in Android 2.3 above and IOS 5 above versions. Figure 2-1 SKYEYE Overview

3.2 Installation STEP 1. Open the battery door and insert a GSM/3G/4G SIM card. Install the GSM antenna into the antennal terminal. SIM card slot Antenna terminal STEP 2. Insert 4 pcs AAA alkaline batteries into the battery compartment. Pay attention to the correct polarity markings. These batteries are for maintaining a short period of operation for sending SMS messages to alert user that the sensors are triggered, during mains AC power supply failure period. Insert 4 pcs AAA alkaline batteries STEP 3. Plug the LAN cable from the WiFi router to the SkyEYE LAN port. LAN cable to WiFi router

STEP 4. Plug the provided AC power adaptor into the AC outlet and plug the DC output plug into the DC jack of SkyEYE. Then, the RED LED indicator will be ON for 10 15 seconds and then the BLUE LED will be ON continuously if the GSM/3G/4G SIM card is working properly. If the Ethernet connection is correct, the Green LED will be ON continuously. To AC outlet Blue LED Red LED Green LED STEP 5. Use SkyEYE App SKYEYE app can be downloaded from app store. Tap an app to open it. STEP 6. Administration Password User will be asked to input the administration password. It only asked when you are running for the first time or when you have changed the password. The default password is admin. Figure 3-1 Admin Password After pressing OK, it will connect with SKYEYE gateway and synchronize the data.

4 Main Menu Press the main menu tab to open main page as below. 4.1 Arm/ Disarm the system To arm the system, press as shown in Figure 2-1. 5 Setting Menu Press the setting menu tab as shown in Figure 5-1 to open setting page. Figure 5-1 Setting Menu There are 6 items in the Setting menu. 1. System Alert 2. Sensor 3. Alarm 4. General 5. Add Camera 6. Internet Access 5.1 System Alert The System Alert is for SkyEYE Pro version only.

5.2 Sensor Go to Settings -> Sensor. + Figure 5-2 Sensor The sensor page displays what input or sensors you have added to the system. The first time to use the system, you should only see two input dry contact The name of the input dry contact is Name 1 and Name 2 You can change the name of it by tapping on the input dry contact bar and then type the new name for it. Push icon to add the new sensor. The App will show a list of Sensor type for you to select. List of sensor type 1. CG500MS PIR Motion Sensor 2. 5.2.1 Adding CG500MS PIR Motion Sensor. STEP1. Tap on the CG500MS PIR Motion Sensor icon, the App will shows: Please push the Function button on the CG500MS PIR sensor. STEP 2. Referring the User manual of CG500MS PIR Motion Sensor, push the Function button of CG500MS once, then App will show: Configuration success!! Please input the name for it CG500MS ZigBee PIR Motion Sensor STEP 3. Input the name on the APP for the newly added sensor. If the message shows: Configuration NOT success!! Please check you setup Then, please check the location of the PIR if it was out of range or the power supply was ready or not. STEP 4. If you want to add more CG500MS PIR Motion Sensor, do STEP 1 to STEP 3 again. Finally, you will see the Sensor page is added with Motion sensor and you have given it a name, for example, Stair. The sensor page displays what input or sensors you have added to the system. The first time to use the system, you should only see two input dry contact

5.2.2 Adding Manual Alarm The purpose of Manual Alarm is for user to have a trial test for all your settings. For example, before the CG500MS PIR motion sensors are installed or the dry contact inputs are connected to sensors, the user can test whether the alarm messages are delivered to the right person through the right phone number. STEP 1. Try to enable the manual alarm by pressing following message will appear: icon as shown in Figure 2-1. The Figure 5-3 Confirmation Alarm To confirm, press Yes. STEP 2. Once the Manual alarm is enabled, you will discover the Sensor Page is added with a new item Manual Alarm. In order to go to Sensor page: Go to Settings -> Sensor. 5.2.3 Adding Dry Contact Input There will be two Dry Contact Inputs comes with the product by default. So, the user will not need to add the Dry Contact Input. At the Sensor page, two Dry Contact Inputs are listed as factory default, the user are free to edit the name for it by tapping on the icon. 5.3 Edit Sensor In this manual, we take manual alarm as an example, do the same procedures for Motion Sensor or Dry Contact Input alarm. Go to Settings -> Sensor -> Manual Alarm. Figure 5-5 Before Editing Sensor

User can edit the sensor name. To select/deselect and add/delete the output alarm and alert devices, tap. Figure 5-6 After Editing Sensor After editing the sensor user can see SMS, Dialer and local alarm alert (Buzzer, Fire Alarm) as shown in Figure 5-4. Note: - Refer section 5.2.2 for Alarm alert, 5.2.3 for SMS alert and 5.2.4 for Dialer Alert. 5.3.1 Alarm Alert Figure 5-7 Alarm Select the radio button on the Alarm will display the local alarm alert such as Buzzer, Fire Alarm etc. Tick marks to select. Unmark to deselect.

5.3.2 SMS Alert Figure 5-8 SMS Alert Selecting the radio button, on the SMS. To add the message and the phone number, tap 5.3.2.1 Add SMS Figure 5-9 Add SMS Add the phone number and text messages as shown in Figure 5-7. To confirm, press. To add more SMS, follow the procedure as describe in section 5.2.3 SMS Alert.

In this page user can edit the alarm name. To confirm, press. To return, press icon.

5.5 General Settings Go to Settings -> General. Figure 5-18 General Page There are three items in General page. 1. Mode Delay. 2. Login Settings. 3. System Alert.

5.5.1 Mode Delay Go to Settings -> General -> Mode Delay. By default, all time delays are set to 10 sec. 1. Entry Delay It is the delay to turn on the alarm. 2. Enable Delay It is under development. 3. Alarm OFF Time It is the delay to turn off the alarm. Figure 5-19 Mode Delay

5.5.2 Login Settings Go to Settings -> General -> Login Settings. Figure 5-20 Login Settings Here user can change the administration password. To confirm, press. To return, press icon.

5.6 Adding IP Camera To use IP camera in the list, as shown in Figure 2-1, the list of IP camera will be display in the main page. Select the IP camera to display the video stream. 5.7 Internet Access STEP 1. Go to Settings -> Internet Access Figure 5-25 Remote Access Settings STEP 2. This page is to set for remote access to the SKYEYE gateway. Default gateway port number is 10002. Remote IP address is the dynamic IP address. Make sure your dynamic IP address is static. Consult your service provider for registering static dynamic IP address. Tick mark to enable Internet access. To confirm, press. To return, press icon. END
