Bain Maries, Water Boilers, Coffee Machines & Automatic Dishwasher Machines Catering Descaler BB025-5 Cleaning Instructions RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE Bain Maries,Water Boilers & Coffee Machines Dilute 200ml of CATERING DESCALER per 5 litres of hot water (1:25).Pour into vessel and soak for up to 30 minutes. Drain solution and scrub surface with a stiff brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Automatic Dishwasher Machines Switch off dosing dispenser and empty the machine. Remove loose limescale with spatula and rinse the inside of the machine. Fill the machine with clean water. Pour undiluted CATERING DESCALER into the machine at a ratio of 5% (i.e 2 litres per 40 litre capacity) (1:20) and leave for 2-3 minutes. Switch on the machine and circulate the solution for between 5-10 minutes. Drain the solution and refill with fresh water. Circulate the water for a further 3 minutes and drain. HEALTH & SAFETY Catering Descaler contains Phosphoric Acid. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Do not breathe mist. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/ face protection. If on skin (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Get immediate medical advice/attention.
