The property has tremendous charm and character, with the original part of the house having exposed timbers and inglenook fireplaces evident in the drawing room and dining room, which has a fitted wood burning stove. From the drawing room there are double doors leading into the oak framed garden room with stone flooring, and two sets of double doors opening onto the Yorkstone terrace and garden beyond. The kitchen is well fitted with a superb range of cupboards, granite work surfaces and built in Miele appliances, including ceramic hob, ovens, microwave, steam oven and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast room. Beyond is a sitting room / snug and a utility room and cloakroom. To the first floor the landing has excellent floor to ceiling hand crafted wardrobes. Outside Within the grounds is an annexe which has an open plan sitting / dining area with a sink and fitted cupboards to one corner.
