Executive Summary Alfaro Design LLC was created and launched to supply boat manufacturers, yacht designers, naval architects and custom boat buyers with a technical and creative resource that compliments existing design teams or serves as a full-service design center. Whether it be vessel design, photo-realistic rendering, 3D modeling, drafting, or consulting, Alfaro Design is uniquely positioned to meet your needs. Since 2014 we have assisted in the design phases of multiple projects including new construction and existing vessel refits. Our expertise in design is complemented by hands on experience in the manufacturing environment, understanding the importance and value of productionfriendly assembly. This, in turn, translates into a significant level of practical experience applied throughout the design and creative process. About Us Earl Alfaro is a marine industry veteran whose career spans 29 years, 13 of which were spent in a manufacturing environment custom and production. His educational and professional experience includes a technical certification in small-craft naval architecture and marine engineering as well as having the privilege designing for or from within some of the industry s premier companies such as Grand Banks Yachts, Setzer Design Group, Pursuit Boats, Intermarine Savannah, Palmer Johnson, and Tom Fexas Yacht Design. Earl is a member of the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC), the Royal Institute of Naval Architects (MRINA) and holds a Six-Sigma Green Belt certification.
Notable Accomplishments Designed hybrid power boat hull form, in association with Grand Banks Yacht Design Team, that successfully combines semi-displacement efficiency with top end planing. Heritage 43EU 54EU, and Aleutian 55RP The Grand Banks 41EU was awarded the 2009 MotorBoating Best of the Year award in the Redefined Tradition category.
Notable Accomplishments Introduced newly styled 50 model in the Eastbay Series, in association with the Grand Banks Yachts Design Team, that rejuvenated interest and sales in the popular Downeast series.
