Its principal activities are: The creation of innovative and commercial software applications in two different domains: Structural Engineering and Health Care Informatics. Structural design services for steel and composite civil engineering structures. The extensive expertise of the sectors in which we operate, combined with highly skilled scientific and technical personnel and consistent after-sales support, ensure customer satisfation and long - term collaboration. CCS has a strong commitment for quality in the design, development and support of its products and is certified with ISO 9001:2008 since 1999 for Design/Development Installation and Support of Information Technology Products and Solutions and Elaboration of Applied Engineering Studies. CCS has also a subsidiary office in Paris-France and an extensive network of collaborating partners. The Engineering Division of CCS is unique for its commitment in serving the steel industry, and has gained an excellent reputation for the high level of expertise, the innovation in software, and the quality of services and engineering studies. We have managed to blend a multi-disciplinary staff of structural engineers, IT specialists, steelwork professionals in the most efficient and productive team of expert people. We are proud of the educational level, skills and expertise of our human resources. The majority of our people have university and post-graduate degrees. Dissemination of knowledge, encouragement of innovative ideas and teamwork are major motivating principles for our staff. Having a business legacy of more than 20 years, we have become experts in steel and composite structures. The production of advanced technical software, the active participation in research, the completion of engineering studies for important projects and the continuous involvement with the steel industry have given us the capability to offer solutions and services in numerous engineering fields. CCS, renowned for its prestige and credibility, has highly qualified personnel with an accumulated expertise which originates from multiple sources such as: Design, development, support and continuous improvement of structural analysis software, which are used in hundreds of design offices. Implementation of hundreds of studies for projects of all types and sizes, which have been manufactured in Greece and abroad. Installation and support of advanced computer systems to automate the design and management of production, in more than a hundred steel fabricators. Implementation of projects for the certification of new products and production of industry specific software for technical support of structural systems. C O M P U T E R C O N T R O L S Y S T E M S CCS has many years of experience in the domain of steel and composite bridges,generated from numerous design studies delivered by the Design Office team and the development of special software applications for specific bridge engineering tasks. The systematic collaboration with the French organizations SNCF and SETRA (Service d'etudes Techniques de Routes et Autoroutes), has assisted CCS to acquire a broad expertise in various aspects of the design of railway, road bridges and footbridges. The expansion of high speed railways in Europe was an opportunity to participate in numerous dedicated analysis projects such as the dynamic interaction between the bridge structure and train cars during high speed train access. Bridge design services (calculations and drawings), is a major activity of the Design Office team, with an emphasis on steel and composite bridges. Our expertise includes studies of bridges with exceptional specifications (architectural or structural), where advanced FEA computations were necessary. 11

With over 25 years of experience in steel and composite constructions, we are very proud of the high level of expertise we have acquired. Our software has been used in the construction of thousands of projects and is renowned for the accuracy of its calculations and the rigorous application of French or European standards. Some of the most prestigious works, which were built during the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004, have been studied using our software, as was a large number of bridges for the new TGV lines in France. We have also implemented comprehensive IT solutions for the study of metal structures covering all stages of the process, from conception to production drawings and CNC machine data files. Designing the future - CCS Cloud Solutions Cloud computing is now evolving like never before, with companies of all shapes and sizes adapting to this new technology. Industry experts believe that this trend will only continue to grow and develop even further in the coming few years. Cloud solutions is probably the most cost efficient method to use, maintain and upgrade. Traditional desktop software costs a lot in terms of finance. Adding up the licensing fees for multiple users can prove to be very expensive for the establishment concerned. The cloud, on the other hand, is available at much cheaper rates and hence, can significantly lower the clients expenses. Besides, there are many one-time-payment, pay-as-you-go and other scalable options available, which makes it very reasonable for the clients. Mixte Design CS for the pre-design of road and railway composite bridges and STEEL Connections Design CS for the connections design according to EC and AISC are now offered by CCS as cloud solutions. CCS offers customers the ease of release of computational resources required to accomplish their work. Users can design their models, using CCS freely provided software and pay only for the solving time required. Jobs and projects are uploaded to the cloud solving service were CCS solvers take over and produce results. The user is able to download and see the results from each job/project in any place that an internet connection is available. 13
