FIREWOOD HOT WATER CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER TR STADLER TR firewood hot water central heating boilers provide comfortable and energy saving heating. Such heating is enabled with integration of the new innovative technology in the field of control and modern production technology. s are constructed for burning all types of wood and reach efficiencies of over 91%. Constant growth of fossil fuel prices and the increased care for the environment make this boiler even more important. By using different types of wood, even of different humidity, these boilers allow you to reach perfect combustion conditions. Emitted flue gases are harmless to the natural balance. You should load the boiler with ½ m long firewood as close together as possible, thus reaching uniform fuel structure and stable combustion conditions. Single load should be enough for several hours of operation. Fireplace volume equals to 150 l and can be loaded with up to 50kg of hardwood logs. Connection to the power supply is very simple, as the boiler includes already prepared wiring with plug equipped cables. By purchasing our boiler, you meet all of the requirements to obtain your government's subsidy. Construction of the boiler incorporated the modern degassing combustion technology. The flame is vertically directed through the burner nozzle with the help of the controlled injection of the primary and secondary air. When the flame enters the combustion chamber, it swirls and in touch with the red-hot combustion chamber causes the remaining not-combusted wood gases to burn at temperatures of approx. 1000 C. FIREWOOD HOT WATER CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER LT Due to their wood gas combustion technology, Stadler LT firewood hot water central heating boilers enable energy saving heating. s are constructed for burning all types of wood and reach efficiencies of over 90%. They are completely made in Slovenia, thus showing high level of expertise. Development of the product brought such improvement that our company was granted with the national patent by the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office. These hot water boilers are constructed for burning of 56 cm, or 33 cm long firewood. You should load the boiler with firewood as close together as possible, thus reaching uniform fuel structure and stable combustion conditions. Single load should be enough for several hours of operation. Fireplace volume equals to 125 dm3 and can be loaded with approx. 35 kg of firewood. The container should be loaded with firewood to its top limit, while taking care not to load the firewood too close to each other as this could cause jamming. Construction of the boiler is patent protected, as its development included several innovations which significantly contributed to the improvement of the combustion processes. Our family of products equipped with the Lambda probe is one of the best in EU. CONTROL WITH LAMBDA PROBE The combustion process is regulated with a modern control via lambda probe and other temperature sensors. All data is promptly checked by the central control microprocessor which also performs corrective measures for the improvement of the combustion process. Control regulates the continuous control of the fan and the primary and secondary combustion air supply motor flap. The extremely efficient control also regulates the external heating system structures and allows control of operation via your cell phone. If the boiler is loaded with firewood, you can also start it with your cell phone. FIREWOOD HOT WATER CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER GT STADLER GT boilers belong to a new generation of firewood hot water heating boilers. With their wood gasification technology they enable modern and energy saving heating. They are constructed to burn all types of firewood of up to 54 cm or 33cm in length. Their combustion efficiency reaches over 90%. themselfs are designed and produced in Slovenia. By naming the product range STADLER we wished to show that the production is still active and adapts to new combustion conditions and techniques. These boilers provide stable combustion processes enabled by the inovative construction and lambda probe. They achieve excellent combustion parameters which are characteristic for wood gasification boilers. Quality production, controlled combustion process and high efficiency of these boilers beat the competition of the lower priced boilers by far. By using different types of wood, it is possible to achieve good combustion conditions in the boiler. Firewood burns in the lower part, whilst the supplied primary air leads the flame and wood gases downwards into the combustion chamber. When flue gases come through the burner nozzle, they are blown with controlled supply of secondary air. Flue gases mixed with the flame and fresh air swirl in the combustion chamber, and in touch with the red-hot fireproof clay, burn with extreme temperatures. The control regulates the combustion process via lambda probe and the temperature sensor in the chimney and sensors installed in the boiler and the accumulator. It also regulates the continuous control of the fan and the primary and secondary combustion air supply motor flap. Controlled supply of the combustion air enables low values of emmissions in flue gases which are significantly lower than the law regulated ones. s are equipped with an insulated hot combustion chamber made of fireproof clay which quickly reaches high temperatures and enables good combustion of wood gases. The efficiency boilers reache over 90% which points out the top-class echievement. The hot combustion chamber enables the boiler to reach the optimal combustion process in only minutes. These boilers must be installed into systems equipped with hot water accumulators. We recommend the use of the heating system control because this is the only way to preserve different water layers in the hot water accumulator. Our boilers are in compliance with all currently valid provisions on safety and construction design (e.g. DIN 4751 B1.1, DIN 4702, etc.). They are tested for pressure and water tightness, factory equipped with a thermal protection device and can be installed in closed heating systems. The permissible operating pressure of boilers equals to 3 bars. We recommend the use of firewood with humidity between 15 and 25% which is achieved by drying it outdoors for 2 years. You should load the boiler with firewood as close together as possible, thus reaching uniform fuel structure and stable combustion conditions. WOOD PELLET HOT WATER CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER PELET STAR Stadler PELET STAR hot water central heating boilers belong to a new generation of wood pellet boilers. They were designed by our company in cooperation with the Swedish company Ariterm. The BeQuem burner enabled the development of a completely automatic wood pellet boiler which guarantees reliable and safe operation with minimum cleaning and maintenance interventions. s are produced with the modern sheet metal treatment technique. Construction concepts provided the boiler with a touch of modern design, while respecting the ergonomic demands for the operation of the boiler. Construction of the boiler is produced in accordance with regulations DIN 4751 B1.1, DIN 4702, EN 303-5. s are equipped with the CE 0036 marking and can also be installed in smaller rooms to provide comfortable and energy saving heating. The side of the boiler is equipped with the weekly wood pellet silo, whilst the large ash chamber allows longer intervals between cleaning. Construction of boilers allows easy access to all internal surfaces and hence easier cleaning and maintenance. We recommend you to install your central heating system with a hot water accumulator which allows optimum boiler operation with low energy consumption (low-energy constructions and transition periods). In case of bigger consumption, the hot water accumulator amortizes the current lower burner operation capacity. Special construction of the BeQuem wood pellet burner allows reliable operation and high level of safety. Wood pellet feeding is arranged with a double stoker system where the lower stoker feeds wood pellets into the lower part of the combustion chamber. With such wood pellet feeding the ash is pushed further and the combustion chamber automatically cleaned. Such feeding technique makes the burner appropriate even with wood pellets of weaker quality which can now often be found on the market. Fire safety is ensured with temperature sensors and the cell block. Ignition and control of the flame are controlled with a special sensor. Firewood heating boilers represented the basis for the construction of wood pellet heating boilers. WOOD PELLET HOT WATER CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER EKO PELET Stadler EKO PELET hot water central heating boilers were designed with combination of firewood boilers and Swedish made burners. In this way boilers with the BeQuem wood pellet burners became automated units for heating of living quarters. Unlike the use of fossil fuels, the use of local energy resources, such as wood pellets, is harmless to the environment and decreases heating costs. These wood pellet boilers are equipped with a control which allows completely automated operation of the boiler without constant regulation. They regulate the supply of pellets from the container and the combustion process. s are also equipped with a pellet ignition device and flame control. The burner activates automatically as soon as the sensor in the boiler detects fall of water temperature bellow the preset value, and deactivates as soon as this temperature is reached. The volume of the factory offered wood pellet container equals to 0.6 m3 which is enough for approx. 10 days of operation. Alternatively you can order a larger container with volume of 0,93 m3. Our company also offers elements for the construction of even larger wood pellet containers which can be assembled in your boiler room or the room next to it. DUAL FIREPLACE FIREWOOD AND FUEL OIL CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER TOBI Stadler TOBI central heating boilers are constructed as extremely energy saving boilers due to the installation of fuel oil and firewood boilers in a single construction. Both boilers use a single water reservoir, but completely separated fireplaces. Such design enables automatic rearrangement from burning of one type of fuel to another which cannot be achieved with combined boilers. s are basically intended for burning firewood in the 90/70 C operating mode. The fuel oil part of the boiler activates automatically after all of the fuel from the firewood fireplace has been used and the temperature dropped under the preset value. The fuel oil part of the boiler does not activate if the firewood fireplace is full and the preset temperature is reached. In case you deactivate the automatic system, these boilers only operate by burning firewood. A more modern construction concept classifies these boilers among the new generation of eco-friendly products as they operate in a similar way as hybrid cars. The firewood fireplace is equipped with modern burning in the lower side part of the boiler which enables controlled long burning process lasting even over 3 ½ h. The compact and favourable priced versions are appropriate for use in households, agriculture, craft industry and public institutions, basically everywhere where a reliable and economic operation is required. Constant power is provided by the automatic technology of angled or movable grates. s are equipped with automatic ignition via the hot air fan. Two large external ash collectors make operation and maintenance easy. s are distinguished by low emission values and optimum efficiency of over 90%. The reliable fuel loading technology and the fire extinguishing device provide absolutely safe operation. Cell block is especially accurately manufactured and takes care for proper loading. GAS AND FUEL OIL HOT WATER BOILERS MODEL: STADLER ZV In these times, when the environmentally aware part of the world tries to lower the emissions of greenhouse gases into the environment, it is very important that the fossil fuels heating systems operate as efficiently as possible, with perfect combustion, and low fuel consumption. Our company already several years ago decided to actively contribute to the development of such heating devices with no impact to the environment. On the basis of 40 years of tradition in the field of boiler production and intensive investments into development, our company produced a new family of hot water boilers named STADLER ZV. These boilers are constructed on the triple draft principle with low Nox emissions. At the time of dimensioning of flame pipes, flue pipe packages and the water part, special attention was given to thermodynamic compliance and fast transfer of temperature to the water. s are also equipped with large volume water parts appropriate for optimum temperature control in different operating conditions. Inspection openings for entrance into the water part are easily accessible and allow easy access. s are well insulated and installed on a support frame. The operating overpressure is adapted to customer's demands. Our company produces boilers intended for pressures of 6-16 bars with the maximum operating mode of up to 160 C depending on the order or the investor's temperature mode. Minimum operating mode equals to 60 C. The external boiler fitting must provide protection of the hot water boiler against too low temperatures of the return tube. Equipment of the boiler can also include the system for protection against condensation. Construction of the boiler enables to connect the burner to a special flange, which is to be installed on the neck of the combustion chamber. Combined with»low NOx«burners, our boilers achieve very low emission values (NOx < 100 mg/kwh). These boilers are equipped with double doors at the front side which open in the left and right direction, thus enabling easy access to pipe exchangers. Back side of boilers includes inspection opening of the combustion chamber, opening for the control of the flame and the flue cabinet. The flue cabinet is equipped with inspection covers and the pipe with a valve for condensate discharge. Our company upgrades the Weishaupt control cabinets in such way, that they also allow the control of peripheral systems in the boiler room. Output signals of the boiler and control cabinet enable the regulation and control of the operation via the CNS. If the boiler room contains several boilers, they can be controlled via the cascade regulation with diagnostics of the device operation. s are equipped with the platform and a ladder. On the top, boilers are equipped with walkable covering made of ribbed sheet metal which facilitates the installation, operation control and maintenance operations. WOOD RESIDUE, WOOD CHIP AND WOOD PELLET HEATING SYSTEMS BIOFLAMM Biomass is becoming more and more important economic factor as it enables energy independence and discontinuation of fossil fuel use which represent excessive impact on the environment. Due to the increasing prices of fossil fuels and financial country incentives for biomass equipment, investment into this equipment become very profitable in short-term. Our company has been producing boilers and biomass equipment for almost 30 years and has developed and still develops a wide range of products. Equipment is technologically adapted so it can be installed practically in every room, even in smaller boiler rooms which were planned for fuel oil boilers. BIOFLAMM KURILNI SISTEMI MODEL: TRF-RK These boilers are appropriate for use where the biomass humidity cannot be controlled or where the humidity cannot be dried out and therefore remains very high. In the first and second draft, boilers are shielded with quality fireproof clay. The quality movable transverse grates made of 24% chromed alloy ensure long service life and quality combustion on grates. Construction allows to burn inferior and problematic humid wood residues which could previously not be used as fuel due to the excessive emissions of harmful substances in flue gases. s are equipped with a large combustion chamber with the first inversion of hot flue gases over the fuel where the first phase of fuel drying begins. The large quantity of fireproof clay radiates the temperature on the fuel which moves along the grate, thus drying it additionally. The front side of the fireplace is equipped with primary and secondary air fans. The air is conducted into the combustion process along a special system of channels and air injection nozzles, thus achieving swirling of flue gases and further increasing the combustion. The well-dimensioned second draft serves also for deposition of large particles of floating ash. fireplaces are equipped with horizontal heat exchangers. Three draft heat exchangers are equipped with channels for first inversion of hot flue gases, whilst the other two inversions take place through pipe packages. Large dimensioned drafts horizontal pipe packages provide the boiler with low temperature flue gases and high efficiency. s are produced by welding certified quality boiler sheet metal in accordance with DIN 4702 and 4751. The construction is made in accordance with TRD and all regulations and norms of SIST, EN-DIN and VGB. The production process is constantly controlled by our experts as the company is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, module B and module D. Additional quality control is provided by the company TÜV Sava Ljubljana and other institutions taking care for product quality control. s are equipped with thermal protection devices for protection against overheating. The horizontal heat exchanger pipes are cleaned pneumatically or in accordance with the special programme. The inspection-cleaning doors are positioned on the front of the boiler (top, bottom), thus allowing easy access for cleaning of horizontal drafts. They are also equipped with the automatic cleaning and ash removing system. The exterior of the boiler can be installed with automatic deashing which transfers the ash directly into the ash container. The standard version of boilers operates with overpressure of 3 bars and the operating temperature of the flow of 120 C. On special demand, boilers can also be produced for operation in tougher conditions (hot water boilers or steam boilers with powers of up to 10 MW, temperatures 160 C and operating pressure 10 bars). s are factory shielded with fireproof clay A 60, which is resistant to high temperatures. They are also equipped with a special system for the supply of primary and secondary air. The secondary air is conducted along special channels located in the body of the fireplace and directed with nozzles through the fireproof clay panelling into both drafts. Supply of the primary and secondary air is controlled via the continuously controlled fans. The entire device is controlled by the micro processing control via information received from the Lambda probe and temperature sensors. This control regulates the combustion process as well as the peripheral units from the takeover of the wood mass from the silo all to the cleaning of flue gases. DEVICE CONTROL Controls with the Lambda probe Lambdamatika and Optimatika+ are installed in Rital cabinets which include all control elements for the entire system, continuous motor drives, protection of drive units, and the device for calling of 6 telephone numbers. On special order they can also be installed with modems for connection with the remote control. The cabinet is equipped with the main switch (depending on the supply power of electric motors) and the emergency switch. Doors of the cabinet are equipped with the microprocessor with a display and a keyboard for direct access into the combustion parameter setting program. Use of the program and the input of desired data is simple as the program allows scrolling with cursor keys and includes simple commands. The programme is made as a multi-level programme device operator level and repair or fine-tune expert level. VISUALIZATION The communication package for remote control of data and for the visualization of operation is used for control when the operator is out of the boiler room. The connection is established with the help of the modem and internet, or directly via the cable in case of small distances. In case of the cable connection, the visualization works trouble-free for 24 h, but demands an amplifier in case of distances greater than 200 m. Long-term connection via your telephone will cause disturbances during monitoring of current values due to the signal strength fluctuation. Significant data about device operation and reports of disturbances can be followed on the PC display. This way enables the operator-supervisor the access to all required data, which is why he can quickly react in cases of device malfunctioning. On the basis of these data, the supervisor makes corrective measures and adapts the operation to desired parameters. If the supervisor is unable to repair the malfunctioning he must immediately contact the manufacturer's service team which will take care for it with no major problems. With the permission of the investor, the manufacturer's service team can enter into the communication system. The visualization allows access to different levels of operation, depending on the data to be checked. All levels enable formation of excel charts and analyses of operation in individual time periods. Because this is a complex heating device, we recommend the operator to plan adequate maintenance interventions on the basis of number of hours of operation. FIREWOOD HOT WATER CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER GT STADLER GT boilers belong to a new generation of firewood hot water heating boilers. With their wood gasification technology they enable modern and energy saving heating. They are constructed to burn all types of firewood of up to 54 cm or 33cm in length. Their combustion efficiency reaches over 90%. themselfs are designed and produced in Slovenia. By naming the product range STADLER we wished to show that the production is still active and adapts to new combustion conditions and techniques. In comparison with our boilers marked TR and LT, these boilers come with a simpler control. Nevertheless, they provide stable combustion processes enabled by the inovative construction. These boilers achieve excellent combustion parameters which are characteristic for wood gasification boilers. Quality production, controlled combustion process and high efficiency of these boilers beat the competition of the lower priced boilers by far. By using different types of wood, it is possible to achieve good combustion conditions in the boiler. Firewood burns in the lower part, whilst the supplied primary air leads the flame and wood gases downwards into the combustion chamber. Firewood heating boilers represented the basis for the construction of wood pellet heating boilers. These boilers were constructed in cooperation with the HDG company and conform to the strictest regulations prescribed for such products. This claim is confirmed with the TÜV certificate. WOOD PELLET HOT WATER CENTRAL HEATING BOILERS MODEL: STADLER EKO PELET Stadler EKO PELET hot water central heating boilers were designed with combination of firewood boilers and Swedish made burners. In this way boilers with the BeQuem wood pellet burners became automated units for heating of living quarters. Unlike the use of fossil fuels, the use of local energy resources, such as wood pellets, is harmless to the environment and decreases heating costs. These wood pellet boilers are equipped with a control which allows completely automated operation of the boiler without constant regulation. They regulate the supply of pellets from the container and the combustion process. s are also equipped with a pellet ignition device and flame control. The burner activates automatically as soon as the sensor in the boiler detects fall of water temperature bellow the preset value, and deactivates as soon as this temperature is reached. The volume of the factory offered wood pellet container equals to 0.6 m3 which is enough for approx. 10 days of operation. Alternatively you can order a larger container with volume of 0,93 m3. Our company also offers elements for the construction of even larger wood pellet containers which can be assembled in your boiler room or the room next to it. These boilers can easily be rearranged into firewood heating boilers by unscrewing the flange screws, removing the burner and turning it into the position which does not interfere with the operation of the boiler. Then, you have to install the cover over the burner on the external side of the boiler. Fix the cover firmly and prevent the flue gases from escaping. Cleaning of the boiler is also very simple. Open the lower door and remove the ash collected in the drawer. From time to time it is also necessary to check if the combustion chamber is clean. In case you notice any slag residue, remove it adequately. We do not recommend you to disassemble the burner during cleaning, however if this is necessary please call our authorised repair service centre. After each rearrangement of the boiler for burning firewood, clean the fireplace of the boiler and the space under the grate. The construction of the burner is equipped with a display showing mode of operation and temperature. Under the display, there are some arrow keys which enable you to scroll along the simple menu. With the use of these keys you can set the operation of the burner or simply control its operation. If the system includes a hot water accumulator, the three-way mixing valve allows the accumulator to be filled. They are used for accumulation of the excess thermal energy produced by the boiler and for evenly regulated supply of energy to different consumers. GAS AND FUEL OIL HOT WATER BOILERS MODEL: STADLER ZV In these times, when the environmentally aware part of the world tries to lower the emissions of greenhouse gases into the environment, it is very important that the fossil fuels heating systems operate as efficiently as possible, with perfect combustion, and low fuel consumption. Our company already several years ago decided to actively contribute to the development of such heating devices with no impact to the environment. On the basis of 40 years of tradition in the field of boiler production and intensive investments into development, our company produced a new family of hot water boilers named STADLER ZV. These boilers are constructed on the triple draft principle with low Nox emissions. Due to the low load of the combustion chamber ( 1,2 MW/m3) and the conduction of flue gases through the pipe register, these boilers provide optimum combustion with top-class efficiency. s are made in accordance with Directive 97/23/CE PED and the Slovenian SIST EN12953 standard regarding gas or fuel oil burning. s are also equipped with a substantially dimensioned heat part. At the time of dimensioning of flame pipes, flue pipe packages and the water part, special attention was given to thermodynamic compliance and fast transfer of temperature to the water. s are also equipped with large volume water parts appropriate for optimum temperature control in different operating conditions. Inspection openings for entrance into the water part are easily accessible and allow easy access. s are well insulated and installed on a support frame. The operating overpressure is adapted to customer's demands. Our company produces boilers intended for pressures of 6-16 bars with the maximum operating mode of up to 160 C depending on the order or the investor's temperature mode. Minimum operating mode equals to 60 C. The external boiler fitting must provide protection of the hot water boiler against too low temperatures of the return tube. Equipment of the boiler can also include the system for protection against condensation. Construction of the boiler enables to connect the burner to a special flange, which is to be installed on the neck of the combustion chamber. Combined with»low NOx«burners, our boilers achieve very low emission values (NOx < 100 mg/kwh). These boilers are equipped with double doors at the front side which open in the left and right direction, thus enabling easy access to pipe exchangers. Back side of boilers includes inspection opening of the combustion chamber, opening for the control of the flame and the flue cabinet. The flue cabinet is equipped with inspection covers and the pipe with a valve for condensate discharge. The flue cabinet can also be installed with a motorised flue flap for prevention of ingress of cool air into the boiler when it operates in idle mode. Above the flue cabinet, it is possible to install a heater for reduction of flue gas temperature which additionally increases the efficiency of the device and lowers the fuel costs. Such installation can lower the fuel consumption for up to 10%. The equipment of the heater can also include the system for protection against condensation. Lower fuel consumption enables additional decrease of CO2 emissions and lesser impact on the environment. The quality control of Weishaupt burners enables top-class control of the combustion process. Our company upgrades the Weishaupt control cabinets in such way, that they also allow the control of peripheral systems in the boiler room. Output signals of the boiler and control cabinet enable the regulation and control of the operation via the CNS. If the boiler room contains several boilers, they can be controlled via the cascade regulation with diagnostics of the device operation. s are equipped with the platform and a ladder. WOOD RESIDUE, WOOD CHIP AND WOOD PELLET HEATING SYSTEMS BIOFLAMM Biomass is becoming more and more important economic factor as it enables energy independence and discontinuation of fossil fuel use which represent excessive impact on the environment. Due to the increasing prices of fossil fuels and financial country incentives for biomass equipment, investment into this equipment become very profitable in short-term. Our company has been producing boilers and biomass equipment for almost 30 years and has developed and still develops a wide range of products. Equipment is technologically adapted so it can be installed practically in every room, even in smaller boiler rooms which were planned for fuel oil boilers. The company strives for improvement of products, especially regarding the combustion technique, with solutions for combustion of chemically compromised wood residues and with the use of wide range of granulation and moisture. s are adapted also for burning wood pellets, thus allowing the use of biomass boilers even in cities, industrial facilities and other settlements. Where the demands are very strict it is necessary to additionally install electric or fabric filters. Fabric filters enable cleaning of dust particles of up to 10 mg/m3. The entire device is controlled by the Lambdamatik micro processing control via information received from the Lambda probe and temperature sensors. This control regulates the combustion process as well as the peripheral units from the takeover of the wood mass from the silo all to the cleaning of flue gases. The standard scope of micro processing control delivery includes the system for calling of 6 telephone numbers in case of standstill of any component of the device. BIOFLAMM HEATING SYSTEMS MODEL: TREB These heating devices were developed with the integration of transverse TRB reactors and VE boilers. This version is very good in coping with problems of combustion of all types of problematic fuels and allows installation in smaller boiler rooms. s allow the combustion of wood mass with humidity of up to 50% and wood mass with chemical substances which accumulate in the wood industry and could previously not be used as fuel due to the excessive emissions of harmful substances in flue gases. s are also appropriate for burning wood pellets and are equipped with a large combustion chamber and well dimensioned first and second draft for deposition of large particles of floating ash. They are equipped with two horizontal drafts and three vertical drafts routed through the pipe package. The external side of the boiler is equipped with a special system of channels for the supply of primary air under the grates. This feature improves the formation of wood gas as well as the combustion process. The inspection-cleaning doors are positioned on the side of the boiler (top, bottom) and on the back side, thus allowing easy access. All larger boilers are equipped with walkable platforms with railings intended for cleaning and supply, and with entrance and exit ladder. They are produced by welding certified quality sheet metal in accordance with DIN 4702 and 4751. The construction is made in accordance with TRD and all regulations and norms of SIST, EN-DIN and VGB. Production process is controlled by our experts as the company is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, module B and module D. Products are equipped with the CE 0036 marking. DEVICE CONTROL Controls with the Lambda probe Lambdamatika and Optimatika+ are installed in Rital cabinets which include all control elements for the entire system, continuous motor drives, protection of drive units, and the device for calling of 6 telephone numbers. On special order they can also be installed with modems for connection with the remote control. The cabinet is equipped with the main switch (depending on the supply power of electric motors) and the emergency switch. Doors of the cabinet are equipped with the microprocessor with a display and a keyboard for direct access into the combustion parameter setting program. Use of the program and the input of desired data is simple as the program allows scrolling with cursor keys and includes simple commands. The programme is made as a multi-level programme device operator level and repair or fine-tune expert level. VISUALIZATION The communication package for remote control of data and for the visualization of operation is used for control when the operator is out of the boiler room. The connection is established with the help of the modem and internet, or directly via the cable in case of small distances. In case of the cable connection, the visualization works trouble-free for 24 h, but demands an amplifier in case of distances greater than 200 m. Long-term connection via your telephone will cause disturbances during monitoring of current values due to the signal strength fluctuation. Significant data about device operation and reports of disturbances can be followed on the PC display. This way enables the operator-supervisor the access to all required data, which is why he can quickly react in cases of device malfunctioning. On the basis of these data, the supervisor makes corrective measures and adapts the operation to desired parameters. If the supervisor is unable to repair the malfunctioning he must immediately contact the manufacturer's service team which will take care for it with no major problems. With the permission of the investor, the manufacturer's service team can enter into the communication system. The visualization allows access to different levels of operation, depending on the data to be checked. All levels enable formation of excel charts and analyses of operation in individual time periods. Because this is a complex heating device, we recommend the operator to plan adequate maintenance interventions on the basis of number of hours of operation. COMPANY PRESENTATION OUR 150 YEARS Company WVterm from Maribor continues the TVT Boris Kidrič company's tradition in the field of boiler production. The beginning of industrial production reaches back in 1863 when the railway carriage and steam locomotive overhaul facilities were constructed. In 1970 the TVT Boris Kidrič, proizvodnja tirnih in cestnih vozil company signed a contract with the German STADLER company. Later, TVT became the biggest producer of boilers in the former Yugoslavia. Unfortunately, this big company could not avoid the crisis which appeared after the break-up of Yugoslavia. In 1995 an ownership transformation occurred and a new company WVterm was founded. During the past years, WVterm proved to be a vital export oriented company. The changed approach to work enabled better conditions in all fields of operation. The operation economics provides the company with a favourable business partner position. The company experienced rapid growth during the past years and today employs approx. 80 workers instead of the original 27. Due to the local conditions, export orientation was compulsory and today represents over 60% of all production. Our biggest partners come from the EU market. During the last years, the welding technology was modernised with new pulse welding machines and robot welding of boilers and components.
