Dedicated to nutritious and locally sourced ingredients, the artisanal food hall boasts an ever-changing menu of entirely housemade specialties, including a diverse roster of rotating concepts and vendors. Convene is the leading meeting and fullservice, lifestyle hospitality service group in the market. Their integrated workplaceas-a-service platform gives building tenants flexible boutique meeting, event and workspaces. Combining gracious hospitality, tech-driven efficiency and superior details, they help us set the stage for your best work. Located in Millerton, NY, McEnroe Organic Farm is one of New York s oldest and most diverse certified organic farms and stands at over 1,100 acres of fields, pastures, and greenhouses. Through our long-standing affiliation with the farm, we grow organic produce, raise grassfed animals, and produce compost that nurtures our green roofs. Convenience is everything to us and our guests. Located just inside the entrance to WellPlated (Open 7 am 7 pm), the New Stand carries a changing mix of provisions, healthy snacks, newspapers, and fun depending on the day. SUSTAINABILITY We were green before it was a thing. From the first LEED Platinum skyscraper in the US, to innovative waste management initiatives, environmental responsibility has been the Durst Organization s ethos since its inception. Through our partnership with McEnroe Organic Farm, just two hours north of here, we grow organic produce, raise grass-fed animals, and promote the benefits of local ingredients. We even convert the food waste from our buildings into compost that nurtures our green roofs. And these elevated urban habitats provide a home to the colonies of bees in our beehives. So in a way, that meal you didn t finish could contribute to making the delicious and (very) local honey for your tea.
