All exhibits will be judged in accordance with the latest N.C.S judging manual and register and/or their amendments. The decision of the judges will be final. 2. All exhibits must be staged ready for judging by the times advertised in this schedule. Vases will be provided for all classes, but if exhibitors wish to use their own vases they may do so, as long as they conform to the usual bikini or spun aluminium types, preferably green. 3. No exhibitor may make more than one entry in any class. 4. All exhibits must have been grown by the exhibitor for at least 8 weeks prior to the show 5. Any dispute must be lodged with the Show Secretary within one hour of the Show being opened. Each protest must be accompanied with a fee of 1.00 which is returnable if the complaint is upheld. 6. Entries are accepted on the distinct understanding that the exhibits will remain staged during the whole time that the Exhibition is open. 7. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that entries comply with the Schedule. 8. Each exhibits / cultivars must be named, cards will be provided.
Page 13 EARLY AND LATE SHOW RULES 9. Cards corresponding to the entries will be provided, and the exhibitors will be responsible for the placing of these cards face downwards by their exhibits. 10. Only appointed Stewards and Officials will be allowed in the Hall during judging at the Show. All exhibits, personal property, etc., shall be at the risk of the exhibitor. The Society and its committee shall not be liable for compensation for the loss and/or damage from any cause. Classes Entered 12. Any matter not provided for in the above regulations will be dealt with by the committee whose decision will be final. 13. All entries to be with the Entries Secretary by 7.0pm Thursday before the early show and 7.0pm Friday before the late Show. 14. Late entries will only be accepted at the Show Secretary's discretion. 15. All Exhibitors must be members of the N.C.S, or members of any Affiliated Society, or members of any provincial groups Affiliated Societies.
