SHIPS WINDOWS Ships Windows are available in all sizes with qualities in compliance with ISO, BSMA, or JIS standard. Special windows such as electrically heated windows, fire retarding windows, bullet proof windows are also available to meet owners requirement. Other non standard types can also be supplied. SHIPS LADDERS One man control Accommodation Ladders are designed and manufactured in each case to suit the type of vessels and safety regulations of each flag country such as NMD, SBG, USCG Ladders are available in Al-alloy or steel qualities. CATHODIC PROTECTION Samgong started Cathodic Protection works since 1977. Samgong has designed and manufactured cathodic protection systems for over two thousand ocean going ships and ninety offshore structures. Electrochemical test method are based to comply with NACE Standard TM0190, DNV-RP-B401, JSCE S-930 All Korean Major Shipyards are customers. Oil majors such as Exxonmobil, BP, Total, Shell, Chevron, etc. are also on our supply references for their offshore structures. CATHODIC PROTECTION Samgong has supplied cathodic protection systems for various structures at piers, underground or submerged pipelines, nuclear power plants, petro/chemical plants, etc. Samgong can also provide newly developed transformer-rectifier equipped HMI (Human Machine Interface) software being capable of automatically working, setting up and monitoring the system. GANGWAY TOWER Since 1984, Samgong has produced over two hundred projects of gangway towers. Gangway towers are produced in three different types; Elevator type, Column type, and Rotary type with overhead service jib cranes according to the working conditions of each pier. All gangway positionings are automatically adjusted against tidal change and ship draft. Explosion proof systems are also available for hazardous areas. Samgong Gangway Towers are installed in more than twelve countries. ARAMCO of Saudi Arabia, VOPAK of Netherland, OIL TANKING of Germany, FPCC of Taiwan, KNPC of KUWAIT are among our customers. QUICK RELEASE MOORING HOOK & DOCKING MOORING INTEGRATED SYSTEM Vessel mooring system is very essential to safely utilize terminals which can be performed with Samgong Quick Release Hook Systems (QRH) since 1999. Samgong QRH has been continuously improved to assist better berth operations leading to Samgong Docking & Mooring Integrated System (DMIS). Samgong QRH can also be provided according to differing jetty properties and client specifications. Samgong QRH and DMIS have been installed on many jetties. (KOGAS, KOPEC, OKYC, etc.) Approval is normally carried out by inspectors designated. 4. OIL PURIFIERS Selfjector Hercules Series (SJ-H) is the latest model of Samgong-Mitsubishi Selfjector, the brand Name for oil purifiers manufactured by Samgong under Licence of Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha of Japan since 1988. Samgong-Mitsubishi Selfjector (Hercules Series) has achieved the highest degree of perfection as oil purifier to date by following our field-proven excellent stability and reliability, while integrating new technologies, including high centrifugal force and highly efficient discs. This model consisting of 8 different sizes has been developed to give more toughness, less maintenance, higher purification performances and yet easier for installation. Digitalization of detectors and gauges make daily inspection procedure much easier. Supply record has reached over sixteen thousand purifiers for more than three thousand ships and three hundred plant projects world wide. BALLAST WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM VOS system (Venturi Oxygen Stripping system) is the ballast water treatment system from Samgong. Samgong has been designing and producing the system under technical and manufacturing licence of NEI, USA. - No Need Filter, Topping up generator (VLCC) - No Use Active substance, Neutralization device - No Limit Fresh, Salty, Warm, Cold, Muddy and Polluted water Samgong has successfully supplied VOS system to all type of vessels such as Bulk Carrier, Products & Chemical Tanker, General Cargo, Container and VLCC.
