Across the hall double doors open into the dining room which in turn connects with the kitchen and is ideally placed for entertaining. A cloakroom is located beside a good sized sitting room, which overlooks the courtyard and gardens to the front, and the kitchen opens into a conservatory overlooking the rear gardens and has a good range of bespoke Shaker style units and a four oven Aga beside a central island.
