a. Algae, Grass Clippings, Trash in Lakes, Fish Barrier, Trees Along Lake Bank: No issues observed. Vendor it treating algae as it occurs and keeping it maintained. b. Littorals/Submerge: No issues. c. Bulkheads/Control Structures/Stormwater Basins: No new issues. d. Fountains: No issues. e. Lake Masters, Aquatic Weed Report: Received. Lake Masters continues to keep up with routine maintenance and sends treatment report and invoice on routine basis. f. Lake 23. Action item needs stone replacement and harvesting of exotic fish. g. Bridge at Lake 12***: Additional stones have become loose and need repair. 3

One time clean up-completed Storm Damage-Willow branch snapped-tree needs to be removed. Complete. Removed Willow stump left that has a branch just at the right height that could poke an eye out still needs to be addressed. Scheduled for exotic clean up Dec 2016 or 1 st of New Year 2017. Will start after M is completed. Pushed out till end of February/March. Landscape debris piles found along the west side of preserve. W1&W2 AA BB TT1&TT2 Newly named. Needs completion of removal of exotics *If there are no notes by the preserve no activity observed. **Maintenance activities have started this week. 4

5. ***TT1&TT2 Needs the removal of the remaining Brazilian Pepper. Brazilian Pepper grows over and crowds out native vegetation and as it continues to grow mounds up and over itself. This creates a lot of dead understory. Photos shows the dead understory. Recommend completer removal and replanting with Pine, Cordgrass and encouraging the remaining Saw Palmetto and Leather Fern to grow back into the area. 3. Facilities: 4. a) Sports Courts: No issues observed. b) Parking Lot: No issues observed. c) Kids Playground: No new issues. d) Dog Park: Patio &/Seating Area needs pressure washing. 5

e) Lighting: Activity Center, Building 1, Light fixture hanging out of socket. f) Parking Lot: Landscape retaining wall needs to be pressure washed. 6

g) Maintenance Area: Building by the tennis court area has new fence installed. h) Perimeter Fence: i. Fencing (Perimeter Chain Link): Brazilian Pepper needs to be cut down. ii. Storm Drain: Drain behind tennis court bleachers near fence line needs grate to be cleaned. 7

4. Roadways: High amount of leaf debris. 5. Landscaping: Area between Pool and Roadway numerous pieces of trash 6. Gates: No issues. 7. Storm Drainage System: No issues observed. 8. Irrigation System: No issues observed. 9. RV Parking Lot: New expansion area needs Brazilian Pepper treated near shoreline. 10. WWTP: Weedy areas. WWTP staff in process of seeking maintenance proposal to have herbicide treatment in irrigation area, fence-line, and around buildings. 8

Maintenance Road Pothole repair needed. Women s Bathroom (AC1)Toilet not working Bocce Court Area--Two holes in the area creating tripping hazards need to be filled. Preserve P. Storm Damage-Willow branch snapped-tree needs to be removed, also a Willow stump left that has a branch just at the right height that could poke an eye out still needs to be addressed. Fascia and/or Eaves on the pavilion needs to be fixed. Reported on 09.08.2016 FMR. Preserve W1/W2, 14317 Reserve Ct, Oak Branch Activity Center, Gate at Trash Area has black tape left from signage Sidewalk at Street in front of Activity Building and Brick Pavers (Turn About) in front of Activity Building. Black Fence-numerous places on underside possibly getting hit by landscape equipment. Bar bent, appears someone tried to squeeze through bars. Recommend removal or cutting back two Brazilian Pepper behind Dog Park off Willow Bend Rd. This could be done by RCA landscapers or with Activity Center upgrade Chain Link Gate near Hole 5 needs Brazilian Pepper cut back RV Parking Lot-Brazilian Peppers need to be cut back WWTP, Chain-link fence (rail end and railing) needs maintenance RV Park Area. Fence post around utilities has rotted at foot, and post and cable are laying on the ground. Golf Course, Hole, Bathroom Area. Numerous cup lids scattered. Large landscape/palm frond pile to side of the building. Very large Salt Bush cut in left in path. BC. Insecticide needed for plants at entrance. BC. Equipment needed BC. Staff duties reviewed and written up BC. Outside sink handle leaking BC. Gutter drip on 10 th skid from top of entrance ramp BC. Ladies bathroom light switch at entrance/exit door is not automatically turning off 10 Action or Completed Work Order created Decided not an issue at this time. Will monitor for any future needs.
