PavePro Stabilise Gravel & Decorative Stone.
PavePro Stone Stabilisation System PavePro is a commercial grade of permeable paving used to stabilise gravel or stones. Perfect for traffic areas including driveways, overflow car parks, golf cart tracks, paths or hard stand areas for vehicles. The advanced honeycomb cell design with a geotextile base ensures panels stay buried, preventing stones moving creating a flat, firm pavement ideal for vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists. PavePro is a cost effective solution for any permeable paving project. PavePro features Hexagonal cells which retain aggregate - reducing refilling Weed resistant geotextile - keeping maintenance at a minimum Panels are foldable - making transportation and storage easier Porous and free draining - allowing rainwater to be easily absorbed * All data is subject to change without prior notice by the manufacturer PavePro is frequently used on light slopes including driveways. PavePro Installation FOR PATHS 15mm Gravel 32mm PavePro + Gravel VEHICLE USE 15mm Gravel 32mm PavePro + Gravel 40-60mm Sand 100mm Sand Sub-base FOUNDATION 1 Foundation profile is to be determined by site conditions and suitable for anticipated load. In general the foundation should be: For paths & patios: a flat layer of 10 cm sharp sand For driveways: a compacted layer of sub-base plus 4-6 cm sharp sand. SHAPING 2 Create shape using edging systems in aluminium. Height (5-15 cm) and thickness depending on expected load. Use laser height determination for alignment with surrounding area. COMPACTING 3 A stable, well compacted base, as used in all other paving methods, is essential. Failure may lead to non-performance of PavePro. LEVELING 4 After compacting, level the sand layer eliminating any surplus sand. Remove any debris or sharp items from the sand layer.
LAYING Each panel has extended geotextile lips on 2 sides. Lay the panels onto the extended geotextile lip of the adjacent sheet for maximum stability, weed control and support. TRIMMING Cut to fit to edging or obstacles using hand or electric tools to ensure panels are firmly fixed within the edges. FILLING Fill the panels with gravel or decorative stone, 3-16 mm which should exceed the height of the cell wall by 15-20 mm. FINISHING Rake the gravel or deorative stone to distribute evenly. Maintenance is limited to raking and removing leaves and other debris. Important: Keep the panels covered with gravel for maximum durability. Top-up gravel as and when required to keep the panels covered. 5 7 6 8
