YIT Standard Apartment buildings constructed by YIT are a product characterised by their high quality that also provide maximum possible comfort in their location, as well as safety security. Apartment s fittings and fixtures are chosen in such a way that they are timeless, with a clean design and lines, modern and also emphasise the lightness and spaciousness of the various rooms. The standards for fittings and fixtures offered are proposed by our interior designers, who pay attention not only to balancing colours, but also to the quality of materials and furnishings used. Standard Fittings and Fixtures for Apartment When choosing standard fittings and fixtures each client can, by pre set dates, select from the standard range of wall tiles, floor tiles, flooring and internal doors that are presented in this catalogue and whose basic models can be physically viewed at the YIT showroom. Such a client change is free of charge. Luxury Fittings and Fixtures for Apartment Luxury fittings and fixtures can also be selected and they include a wide range of domestic and foreing wall tiles, floor tiles, sanitary ware, flooring and internal apartment doors from our contractual partners. Based on this selection, a client will have the price of the standard fittings and fixtures deducated and the price of the luxury items he seclected added on. Such a deduction and addition includes all costs related to the exchange. When determining deductions and additions, it is necessary to realise that whereas a deduction takes place, with regard to relations with suppliers, at wholesale prices, the addition is, with regard to the individual selection, realised at retail prices. YIT always has a pre agreed discount for its clients, which the client changes manager will inform you of. YIT also offers its customers realisation of individual alterations in accordance with their requests. In such cases they could be individual requests, such as a small change to dividing walls, changes to wiring, including increasing the number of sockets and the location of lights. As a part of such client changes it is possible to make layout changes to the apartments in accordance with client requests. Such requested changes should first be assessed from the viewpoint of technical feasibility, followed by a valuation of the requested alteration and, after approval of the calculation, a change is made to the project documentation, which is subsquently handed over to the construction team for realisation. How to prepare for a meeting with client changes manager? What will the client changes manager expect from you? 1 After receiving a Request to Start Client Changes, request design documentation for the apartment purchased. 1 In the event terminal elements (sockets, switches) are being moved, think precisely about the location of such elements, in particular in connection with future use and interior design. 2 Study the standard offered. 2 Think about possible construction or layout changes with regard to future use and the placement of furniture. 3 Think about any client changes in connection to the future use of the apartment, including the idea for the interior design and its impact on the placement of terminal elements (sockets, switches) and any layout changes. 3 Make a selection from the YIT standard, i.e. a selection of colour versions for floors, wall tiles, floor tiles and doors. In the event you do not make a selection from the standard range, you can select luxury products from our suppliers. You will receive the contact details from the client changes manager. 4 When designing an interior, we recommend being inspired by global trends. 4 A precise idea about your apartment s sanitary facilities, in particular the bathroom, which is very often the subject of client changes and in which specific client requirements are most frequent. As a part of these specifications it is necessary to clarify ideas about the colour and spatial design of the bathroom, or be inspired by a bathroom study or magazine. After the client s requirements are specified, a visualisation is drafted using the selected and specified types of floor tiles, wall tiles and furnishings.

Exchange of standard door for sliding door (by a wall or inside it) In the kitchnette, there are wiring and water pipes leading to one place (wiring with sufficient reserve). If a client so wishes, as a part of client changes it is possible to realise the placement of installations based on a design supplied by a kitchen studio. Due to the danger of breaching the soundproofing, as a part of client changes and after the acceptance of the apartment there is a ban on installing electricity sockets in the reinforced conrete walls that divide the apartments. In the event of a request for the placement of electricity distribution networks in such walls, such terminal elements (sockets) are installed on the surface.
